Roach,HoT worst VRBO stay every I will definitely be using someone else from now on this unit was awful food thas was bought never got cold had to buy ice chest to keep things cold AC was controlled by host so rooms stayed very hot at all times no place to wash clothes food was found in the sofa I'm very disappointed with VRBO

Great and easy location

The property was easy to find and the location was great. Nothing was far away. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living area was very nice! Thank you for being a great host!

Double booked and poor customer service

This is one the worst experiences I've had renting a property. First, I could not get in touch with the property manager until a few hours of arrival (I drove 7 hours for the trip). Upon arrival the property had signs that read "Beware of Dog", "NO Trespassing", and "Danger" posted all over the front of the house. This was not welcoming. Another party arrived an hour later claiming they also booked the property through another platform. When I called the manager he yelled at me and told me to vacate the property claiming that I was in the wrong and that I did not book the property. A few minutes later he realised his mistake--he double-booked. The manager never apologised for his yelling at me. Then the keypad wouldn't lock meaning we could not leave the property and the manager told me to just leave it unlocked and that "no one will come in " while we are gone. We were only there for 2 nights so that first night was pretty much wasted waiting around to resolve the key pad issue. The property was okay but the customer service experience is why I am giving this such a poor review. I would never stay there or any other property owned by this person again!

Fantastic Location, minutes to everything!

Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. What I enjoyed most since we were there on vacation, was how close it was to everything that we wanted to do. We only stayed minutes in the car, no matter where we went. The beach, 10 minutes , dog park, 8 minutes, boat ramp, 10 minutes. Any kind of food you want within 4 to 15 minutes.
