It is also around the corner from Mercato, one of the highlights of the Naples scene for shopping, dining and entertainment. A cute home away from home, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Just remember to bring your sunglasses and flip flops and enjoy a taste of Florida life!

Let yourself in the front door the front door, kick off your shoes and switch to vacation mode! There is a calm, relaxing modern vibe, throughout. The open concept layout flows from the living room, kitchen and dining area, through to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The living room is comfortable and sociable. There is a large smart TV with access to the popular streaming apps. Put your feet up after a hard day at the beach and settle in. You will also find a range of board games for hours of family fun.
There is a pull-out queen size sofa bed.

We want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a mini Keurig, a regular coffee maker, a hot water kettle and toaster. The refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker, essential for those hot Florida days. The kitchen dining table seats 6.

The outdoor chefs amongst will love the gas grill where you can cook up some local seafood, or the perfect steak (we just ask that you leave the grill as clean as you would like to find it!). There is an outdoor dining table, as well as a couple of adirondak chairs – perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The primary bedroom is situated at the back of the house and has a queen-sized bed, a closet and a dresser for your clothes storage, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a smart TV with most of the popular apps (remember to bring your app login details). For those of you that have to spend some time working, or catching up on school work, there is a desk and high speed internet throughout.

The guest bedroom also has a queen size beds, ample closet space and smart a TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The beds all have brand new, super comfortable mattresses, protective mattress covers, and new linen, duvets and covers (which are always laundered after each guest stay). There are spare pillows and blankets and we provide bath, hand and face towels, as well as beach towels.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience and this is also where you will find the beach towels. And for those Florida beach days, we have beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler.

The home has keyless entry, via a keypad - you will be provided with a code.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Guests will have access to the entire home.
This property is one half of a duplex (the back unit). It is completely private with its own entrance, but please be aware that there is a shared wall. You will also share the driveway and the path access to the home.
We ask that you please park on the RIGHT side of the driveway. The left side is for guests staying in 852A (the front unit).

We manage this vacation home for the owner and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property, as well as online, and we will send your check in details and directions a few days before your arrival date.

Naples Park is a residential area in North Naples and much loved for its proximity to Vanderbilt Beach, Delanor Wiggins State Park and the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Mercato.

There are some cafes and restaurants within walking distance and we are a 5-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find notable restaurants and retailers, including Blue Martini, Bravo Cucina Italiana, The Capital Grille, Charming Charlie, Chipotle, Cyclebar, Nordstrom Rack, Pandora, Rocco’s Tacos, Tommy Bahama, Ulta, Whole Foods, and Z Gallerie. There is also a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.

5 minutes away is Gulf Shore Drive, home to some fabulous, high-end, beachside dining and hotels – The Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz Carlton, to name a few. Dining reservations are definitely recommended.

The main attraction is the white sugar sand Vanderbilt Beach and Delanor Wiggins state Park, where you can hire kayaks to explore the mangroves and hunt for seashells.

10 minutes to the south are the world class Waterside Shops downtown Naples, home to 5th Avenue, Naples Beach, and the Marina and restaurants on Naples Bay. Tin City is a unique spot, and Naples Botanical Gardens are definitely worth a visit.

Celebration Park in East Naples (a 20 min drive) is a great spot to explore, with a host of excellent food trucks, waterside location and often live music (dogs are welcome).

You will be about 1.5 miles from the main Vanderbilt beach access point. There’s a drop-off point where you can unload your beach chairs and gear on the circle before parking. Vanderbilt Beach has parking for 375 cars, and you will have to pay the parking fee for the whole day. It is best to arrive early during busy periods, as they close the gates once full. The metered parking spaces use credit-card-friendly pay stations. The parking garage is just west of The Ritz hotel entrance.
There is also a second beach access – Bluebill – which is a similar distance away, and Delanor Wiggins State park right next to it.

There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and downtown Old Naples and Marco Island to the south.

There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.

There are 2 parking spots for this property, on the right side of the driveway. However, please be aware that if you are visiting with 2 cars, you will need to park one behind the other. Please do not park on the left side of the driveway as this is reserved for the residents in 852A and should not be blocked for any reason. Thank you!

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum before 8am and after 10pm. Thank you!

We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please leave the BBQ/Grill clean and let us know if the gas is low before you leave. Gas refills are available at Walmart, just 5 minutes drive away, if you need to refill during your stay.

Please make sure and take the trash out before you leave (the recycling can has the yellow lid) and place all dishes in the dishwasher prior to leaving.

Please leave your shoes in the entrance. Only sandy toes inside.
