The reservation is only confirmed once the primary guest and all guests complete the pre-registration process, which includes: 1. Identity verification (government-issued identification document and facial recognition). 2. Legal and credit background screening. 3. Electronically signed contract. 4. Proof of payment.

The pre-registration process must be completed at least one day before the check-in date.
At check-out, the private space must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, clean and organized, including bed linens and towels.
