Brand new barndo with large boat barn, game room and outdoor entertaining space

The Southerly Breeze is a brand-new barndominium in POC located close to the boat launches, beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our home has 1 king bedroom downstairs and 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom with bathtub/shower combinations and Roku tv's in each room. There is also a game room upstairs with a 55" TV and a large sectional for extra sleeping space. Also in the game room is a table for extra dining space or playing games (several board games, card games, poker chips and dominoes are available for your use). We also have a queen and twin blow up bed with linens available for additional sleeping space, as well as a pack and play, highchair and baby monitor for the little ones.
Attached is a large boat barn to store your boat while it is off the water and an outdoor entertaining space complete with a BBQ pit, fire pit, outdoor dining and cornhole game.
We look forward to hosting you and your guests in Port O'Connor - still the best kept fishing secret on the Gulf Coast!

11 out of 10 - Host was very responsive on a few questions we had about the area. This is the most clean rental I have stayed in. Two of my old timer fishing buddies and me came down for a long weekend to fish, if you have a boat this place is perfect and close to everything. I could keep bragging but if you are coming to POC, I’d rent this. They layout is awesome and the beds were incredible. I’m picky and like nice places, this checked all check marks and beyond all of our expectations. Thank you for hosting us and can’t wait to come rebook this fall, cheers!

This was a perfect setup for our party of 3 different couples. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and gather as we needed. The inside was unexpectedly new and modern. I had asked for an early checkin but the owner said the cleaners would not have enough time and I'm so glad we waited. The place was spotlessly cleaned when we checked in. We will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Escape!

This beautiful, new bardo was the perfect escape to getaway with my parents for a few days. We enjoyed all that POC had to offer, as the location is near multiple restaurants, and the fishing center. Extremely peaceful and very clean. Host is friendly and very responsive. Can’t wait to stay again!

Port O’Connor Fishing Trip

Weather held us off from one day of fishing, so we got to spend more time at the house. The comfort of the barndo was more than adequate, and kept us entertained… especially since there is not much to do in Port O’Connor on a Wednesday.-

Absolutely Wonderful

Exactly like the photos. Beautiful. Super quiet at night made for great sleeping and relaxing. Table out front was wonderful for morning coffee. Kitchen has everything. Place looks like it was just finished being built a week ago. It is perfect!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was stuff there for the beach. It wasn’t very far away. Place was brand new smelt. Good plenty of beds. We plan to stay again next year if it’s available.

Our family started vacationing in Port O'Connor several years ago and have owned a second home here since 2012. We enjoy fishing, boat riding, and hanging out at the beach or on our back porch.

Our rental is located in a new barndominium subdivision centrally located in town.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our house offers a large garage to store your boat during your stay, with a comfy, coastal living environment. It has plenty of space for friends on a hunting or fishing trip or for the entire family. The game room upstairs is a great second living space for the kids to hang out and we have a queen and twin blow-up bed for extra sleeping room. All rooms have flat screen TV's with streaming for watching your favorite shows! Outside there is plenty of parking, room for kids to ride their bikes and an outdoor dining area. You can cook up your favorite meal on the gas grill or have a shrimp or crawfish boil on the patio (boiling pot and propane included). If you don't feel like cooking after a long day fishing or at the beach, there are several restaurants in town for dining in, or call ahead for delivery. We also offer concierge services in advance of your trip to pick up groceries and alcohol and have them in your rental when you arrive (please schedule in advance - services provided by Dudes Delivery POC - https://dudesdelivery.co/ ).
Several restaurants in town also offer live music on the weekends - let us know if we can provide any information on what is happening in town during your stay!
Feel free to use the beach accessories in the barn - wagon, sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards! We are usually in town ourselves, so let us know if you need anything while you are visiting!
