Come and enjoy this spacious ground floor unit with it's oversize17 x 30 partially covered patio that connects the master bedroom and the living room with beautiful views of the grounds and the pool. The living room is furnished comfortably and has a large TV and direct access to the patio, pool and beach boardwalk. The master bedroom has a king bed and a television. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. The complex offers free wireless internet, and 2 pools, one of which is heated during the winter months.

Communication was excellent during our stay. Shawn and his mom were very prompt at responding if we had a question. The condo was accessible to everything, the beach was within walking distance. Overall the condo was great for our needs and we'd stay there again!

This condo was clean, the furniture was well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is lovely, although we didn't cook much. The bathrooms could use a little refresh but were fine. A highlight is the it is steps from the walkway to the pool and the beach. We highly recommend it.

I will rent this unit again, but would encourage the owners to replace the kitchen floor ASAP.
