Thank you for the thoughtful review and for choosing Lucky Savannah. It’s great to hear the three separate living areas, elevator, and well-equipped kitchen/bar made hosting 13 people comfortable, and that the linens, decor, and lighting worked well for your photos. Glad the location made it easy to enjoy Forsyth Park, Jones Street, and a sunny day in Savannah—even with a couple rainy ones and the Kentucky Derby to enjoy indoors. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. While The Hartridge House is indeed located in a beautiful and historic part of Savannah, we understand how unsettling it can be to encounter pests and maintenance concerns during a vacation. Due to our warm coastal climate, occasional sightings of palmetto bugs can occur even in well-maintained homes. However, this should not have impacted your comfort, and we regret that it did. Our team responded quickly with the offer to have the home treated by our pest control provider, and we are truly sorry for the confusion regarding the service visit and communication afterward. We will be reviewing our follow-up procedures to ensure that future guests receive clear confirmation when work is completed. We also appreciate your notes regarding the fixtures in the home. Our maintenance team has been notified so that these items can be properly inspected and secured. Your comments help us improve, and we thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you were still able to enjoy the charm and location of the home, and we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future. - The Lucky Team
