Great cabin for a couple, right next to the lake. Bathroom with a tiny shower and kitchen inside. I recommend taking more towels if you plan to spend time at the beach. A/C unit cools it well during the hot summer weather. Non-contact check in and out, good contact with Lori. Mind that this place has no internet connection which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful Resort. Very well taken care of and our cabin was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Only drawback was that we did not realize the cabin was middle of the campground. Not much privacy but had a beautiful view of the lake. Still highly recommended.

This little cabin was just right for our weekend getaway. The morning view off the lake alone are worth it. The only thing i will say is that the parking situation is a bit tight due the cabin being in an RV park. I don't believe we would have been able to get our truck and boat parked there. Otherwise, its a perfect little cabin getaway. Very, very quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Very cute, comfortable and clean

Despite the record heat, the AC kept the cabin cool and the lake was a great way to cool off outside. Loved the historic but well equipped kitchen. The only comment would be there is no internet or cell service. But for me that is a plus.

Thank you for your review I will agree, cell service in the northwoods is very difficult. We do have internet close do the main building. Thank you for reminding me to add this to the information board in the cabins. I loved seeing you out in the lake enjoying your time. I don't think I've ever seen a guest enjoy the water as much as you. It was beautiful. Take care and thank you so much for visiting. Hope you visit again.

Peaceful, lake view. With a little drive, Copper Falls and Apostle Islands were great adventures.Two minor issues. 1. Shower was pretty small. 2. Lady Bugs. Minor but common this time of year.

Nice cabin

The cabin was very nice and cozy. It was clean and the manager was very friendly. There was plenty of hot water and the view was great. There could have been more spots to hang clothes up in the bedroom. The bed was a queen size which was nice. The Wi-Fi was not good and with cell service being nonexistent it was basically a phone free weekend. I think the owner should invest in a Starlink internet system or something similar. If the Wi-Fi was fixed we would stay again.

Thank you for your suggestions i definitely will look into improvements. As far as wifi and cell service we noticed that Norvado our internal company was having issues and contacted them. Cell phone coverage in the northwoods is questionable due to service providers. I certainly enjoyed meeting you. Thank you again for the review

Lakefront Cabin Paradise

We really enjoyed the stay! The host, Lori, was great. They left us a nice welcome basket! The cabin was decently clean and had more amenities than I expected. It was nice. I liked the pillows and bedding. The bed was not my favorite but adequate. The view was amazing and the fire pit was a nice amenity. The RV park was overall quiet and everyone was respectful. It seems like there are a lot of semi-permanent RV’s that make it a community. I would definitely stay here again if the price were similar.
