Spanish Key Beach Resort in Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Long weekend getaway

This condo exceeded our expectations! From the best location and amenities to the beautifully decorated condo everything was perfect. This home was so spacious and nothing was lacking. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Check-in and check-out process was seamless! We look forward to returning!

Great trip

Spanish Key in Perdido was a nice place to stay. It wasn’t overly crowded and the location was perfect. The condo was very nice with a large kitchen. We had two condos there with 14 people total, 4 adults and the rest being young teens. Everyone was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the onsite employees were very quick to point out any little rule violation and they weren’t nice about it. If fact they were rude enough that I can recommend the property but not sure if I will stay here again.

Wouldn’t pick this place again

Was offered a discounted stay the night before our trip but was not allowed to get into the room early which was extremely inconvenient flying in early and having two small children. The fridge was broken along with the ice maker. The dryer blew dryer lint all over the front balcony. The front keyless entry was unlocked after one of our returns back to the condo.

Thanks for your feedback—we always appreciate the opportunity to improve. We’re sorry to hear parts of your stay missed the mark. To clarify, booking the night prior is the best way to ensure your condo is scheduled for an early arrival and ready when you are—especially helpful for families flying in early. Without that extra night, check-in is based on our standard cleaning and inspection schedule to make sure everything’s properly prepped for incoming guests. The keyless lock on the front door can be a bit tricky—it requires the deadbolt to be manually turned to lock when departing. We include those directions in your personalized digital guestbook, but we’ll take another look to make sure they’re as clear and easy to follow as possible. As for the dryer vent, we’ve notified the resort HOA and they’re actively addressing it. We’re also following up with our maintenance team regarding the fridge and ice maker to ensure it’s taken care of for future guests. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you’ll give us another shot in the future for a smoother and more relaxing experience!
