The living room has leather sofa and loveseat, with 2 comfortable swivel rockers. Enjoy relaxing while visiting with family and friends, or turn the chairs around to view the beautiful Gulf, with views of the fantastic beach and blue waters, watching the dolphins jump and play. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a beautuiful, plush king bed in the master and 2 full beds in the second bedroom. The master bath has a roomy, tiled, walk in shower, a vanity with double sinks and a large mirror so you can check those tan lines! The second bathroom is also tiled and is a traditional tub/shower combo. There is plenty of space in this unit's modern kitchen to make a great meal for family and friends. For all you coffee lovers this unit offers both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The spacious living and dining areas both look over the majestic waters of the Gulf Of Mexico, and you'll be sure to love being able to step out onto the balcony to sit and listen to the waves with your favorite drink in hand! This condo offers a keurig as well as a coffee pot, so make sure to bring your favorite choice of morning Joe! SeaSpray's sprawling property offers three refreshing pools, a hot tub, a well equipped gym that looks out onto the water, a marina, a grilling area for your fresh catch, and tennis/pickleball courts for those of you who are competitive and want to get in a game or two!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
