Absolutely loved everything about this property

We had a fantastic time. Could not fault this property in any way at all. Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Marlene was lovely…had a couple of enquiries during our stay to which we had a super quick response and resolution. House was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we wanted. Pool is gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend to anybody looking to book this property. Love it! We would definitely stay here again.

Marlene and Jim provided us with 5 Star service. Any issue was resolved very quickly and all actions were always proactive. I highly recommend this home to everyone. Large, spacious and well stocked. Just the BEST!

Awesome hot tub

This house suited our needs perfectly. Pool and hot tub were a bonus, loved that we didn't have to hunt for pool towels. We would definitely rent this property again.

Large and clean

Everything was great, clean, and working. The grill is brand new and awesome! Pool and hot tub were fun for the kids. Big rooms. Big kitchen. Lots of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Nice clean neighborhood.

Fully furnished home easily accommodated 8 people near shopping and Las Vegas Strip.

This home has everything you need. We were there to visit family in the area and cooked and grilled for every meal. There were plenty of dishes, pots & pans, serving utensils, blender & coffee maker. There is plenty of space for the family to relax in the family room off the kitchen or outside by the beautiful pool. The pool table off the dining room was a big hit for our adult sons. There are several tables with umbrella's out by the pool so you can have meals out there, as well. The beds are all comfy and the hosts furnished us with plenty of towels. For families traveling with small children, the 2 bedrooms with king beds also had a twin bed in it, as well. We had a few questions while we were there and Marlene was very responsive. Originally, we weren't going to use the pool but changed our mind since the weather was unusually warm and the pool was so inviting. Marlene got it warmed up for us with just a text. My son left his glasses there when we left and Marlene found them and sent it to him. Would recommend this property. The only suggestion I would have is that the grill possibly needs replacement. We cleaned it when we got there (half the burners were clogged) but even after that the flames were very uneven so it was difficult to cook on. Minor in the scope of things. We would stay again.

Great place for a large group

This house was perfect for our trip with several other couples. There were plenty of bedrooms, plus two extra beds if needed. The pool area is awesome and we loved using the pool table too. The owner was very quick to reply to texts for any questions we had. The furniture and appliances were all very nice. It was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and pillows. There were shampoo and conditioner, soaps, garbage bags, and plenty of dishes and silverware. The proximity to the airport and strip was excellent. Just a short Uber ride. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect House for a larger group!

The house was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. The extra twin beds in the larger bedrooms were great for the younger children to be with their parents. The pool provided non-stop enjoyment during the hot July days. Neighborhood was very nice and a short distance from shopping, dining and the airport! We will look to use this house again if we return to Vegas! We would love to see some recycling options available, but that may be difficult if Vegas does not provide convenient recycling options.

Great Location, Great Value!

This home surpassed our expectations! The location is great, easy to get to the Strip and convention center via the airport bypass tunnel. The home is very spacious with large bedrooms, nicely furnished and very clean! Would highly recommend!

To start in our opinion the pictures are an undersell. The home was extremely spacious but not overwhelming and was perfect for our group of 6. The home was spotless as was the same for the pool/spa. I would definitely reccommend this home!

Bachelorette & Bachelor Party Getaway was a success

Myself, fiancé and bridal party wanted to have the Vegas getaway without breaking the bank. This house was perfect. Literally minutes from the strip! Everyone had their own room. The pool was refreshing. The Landlord was super responsive if we had any questions. I would definitely book this house again for a Vegas excursion.

Amazing!

We rented this lovely home for a family get together over the Thanksgiving weekend. This home is as beautiful as it appears in the pictures. It was perfect for our family, their were 9 adults and 1 child, and we had plenty of room for everyone. This is a huge home, with very large bedrooms, the master suite is mind boggling. The downstairs is all living area plus 1 bdrm which was perfect for my elderly father so he didn't have to climb the stairs. The kitchen was to die for, flowing into a very comfortable den, dining room and pool table room. Overall the home was larger and nicer than I expected, and well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. The back yard was also great though surprisingly we didn't use it like we thought we would because we loved the inside of the house so much. I have nothing bad to say about this house, we will definitely rent it again for our next family gathering. Marlene was great to work with, she made the process very simple and was available by phone to answer any questions we had. Thanks Marlene for allowing our family to stay in this beautiful property.

Perfection

I decided to come to Vegas for my Dirty Thirty, wanted a house that wasn't far from the strip yet close to everything. After weeks of searching I came across this property and decided too book it. This house was Extremely close to the Strip and shopping centers! Very quiet neighborhood, perfect backyard for BBQ'ing and the inside of the house was just breathtaking! Enough room to entertain your guest yet large enough for alone time. Marlene was extremely attentive to my every need, will definitely come back and stay at this house. Thank you for everything.

Great Get- Away Week

We rented this beautiful home for our annual NASCAR weekend trip to Las Vegas. It easily accommodated all 10 of us. It was very neat, clean, and easily accessible to all the places we love to visit. Marlene went out of her way to make sure we were all comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to those who wish to vacation in Las Vegas in the comfort of a home with the convenience of all the near-by sight seeing of the strip, shopping, and other recreation areas.

Perfect rental house for the best price!

Our team of 5 exhibitors was at Las Vegas for CES convention. We flew all the way from Europe and were astonished by the computability of the property. The house was GREAT! Very tidy and clean with all necessary stuff that you could possibly need for your stay. Property manager Marlene was very helpful and nice and it was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful house. Very close to the Strip and 5 to 10 minutes to the airport. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm one of the best that we have been so far. All of our team members would like to express our gratitude to Marlene and recommend this house to everyone who will come to see the beautiful Las Vegas. We will definitely book this property again for our next year trip.

Great Spacious Home. Great Value

My family and I recently came to Vegas for the ASD show and took this property for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival that the house was even nicer than the pictures. It is spacious with a great open floor plan that reminds me of a California home we stayed in before. Bright and cheery right down to the white wooden shutters. The bedrooms are quite large and the beds are comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The whole house is beautifully decorated. It was nice having one bedroom and a bath downstairs for our parents who have trouble going upstairs. I liked the leather sectional where the Big Screen TV is and the open kitchen with the center island. We took advantage of the solar heated pool which was included in the rental price. It was so nice to swim in March, all the other homes we considered charge a fortune to heat the pool this time of year. This location is so great! Close to the Strip and 3 minutes to the airport but there's no overhead flight noise. Very tranquil neighborhood. The manager told us about a shortcut to the convention center through the airport tunnel. Wow! We were at the convention center in about 10 minutes. This home is an exceptional value for the size and amenities. We definitely recommend it! Jan and Jim from Lake Tahoe.

This house was GREAT!!!!!

This house worked out great for us. We came in for the Builders show and wanted someplace close to the convention center and the Strip. This house was both. In minutes we were at Mandalay Bay Hotel for dining and we could also hit the Town Square to do a little shopping too. It has a great floor plan with 5 large bedrooms so we each had our own space (we had the beautiful master). It was clean and very cheerful to come home to after a long day at the convention center. The decor is really nice and classy, sort of Tuscan style. Great open kitchen and large dining room where we sat and watched the guys play pool. My husband now wants a leather sectional like the one at this house.It was sooooooo.... comfortable watching TV there. For someone like me who suffers from allergies it was nice to have tile and wood flooring instead of carpet and the floors were covered with beautiful area rugs very tastefully done. The rate was really affordable compared to some of the other homes we priced in this area. We have already blocked our dates for 2014 to come back for our next trade show. Highly recommended!
