Pool heating is $70 per day.

-Quiet Hour between 10 pm-9 am, please move all activity inside the home
-Absolutely no pets allowed! $500 fine if caught.
-Absolutely no visitors allowed at the property
-No party and event.
-No loud music and noise to disturb our neighbors.
-Falsifying total guest count may result in reservation termination
-No marijuana or other controlled substances are allowed to be consumed or possessed at this property.
-No smoking or vaping inside the house; UP TO $500 FINES
-Bath towels will be provided to guests no wash cloths due to sanitary reasons
-We are located in a quiet neighborhood with a policeman neighbor.
-Be respectful to our neighborhood.
-Outdoor security camera are in use in the front and backyard; please keep the camera active 24/7 during our guests’ stay
-Failure to follow any of the house rules WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR BOOKING and we reserve the right to TRESPASS ALL GUESTS from the PROPERTY with NO REFUND
-We have a sound monitoring device in the house.
-Cameras located in the backyard, garage and front door.

New years wedding

When arriving we found two gates to enter. one was broken and the other was very flush to the ground. it was very hard to open as there was no room for gate to swing open. Once we got passed that, the door code was easy to use we entered and the house nice the rooms are clean and beds are comfy I would have liked to see extra blankets in the closet but that didn’t ruin our visit. It was nice to see more than enough dish soap, trash bags, food storage containers , bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner and laundry soap To avoid using broken gates we just used garage for entering and exiting. This house was located perfectly from the wedding venue and the strip was just 14 min away. This house is decorated so cute and has lots of photo opportunities. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely stay again.

Poorly maintained

Jacuzzi not working,dirty pool, bedrooms door unable to close and lock, no dressers just one bed in the room no nightstand tables, No cable or netflix. Over-priced for what you pay I will not recommend
