The home is set up to sleep 16 people. Parking for 2 vehicles in grass driveway beside the side the front door on the left side of house.

A stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials. 2 full bathrooms. Smart TV & Internet access. A free bay side fishing pier is located just 2 blocks away! You can park or walk to all the attractions. The house has space for 2 vehicles to park in the grass driveway, the rest would have to park on the street (which is free street parking).

OC Beach & Boardwalk is just 2 blocks away - About a 5 minute walk.

Great restaurants also located within walking distance. Just a few blocks down the road there is access to Ocean City’s Park, courts, and playgrounds! Come enjoy!

This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Bed Linens & bath towels are included in your stay. We provide the sheets & towels, but do not make the beds. Do to the large groups staying at the house you need to bring paper towels, dish towels, toilet paper. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus 1 trash bag liner is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is promptly 10 am. *Be respectful to the year-round neighbors and do not play loud music or be excessively loud outside.*
