Great location. Second time staying in the this neighborhood. Place was nice and clean. Great showers!The gate guard seemed to be new and didn't think we were behind the gate. You are!! Reserved spot out front or in garage (if you can fit). There are carts and elevator in the garage or you can cart around out of the garage. I had to cause I had the extra roof storage on the van. The view from the patio was great, especially if you like to people watch. The boats packed with tourists fishing were interesting and the bar boats were also interesting to ponder (where is the bathroom on those things!!??). The only gripe I had with the place is the kitchenware. If you're planning basic cooking or ordering in and plating, then you're good to go. If your planning to cook up some nice meals...you may want to consider packing that with you. There are pans and skillets, but they have been well used. Coffee machine works great!! That's important!! There is a grinder too. Just bring some coffee and filters. The ones with the flat bottom.The few times we chatted with Autumn, she picked up when we called and responded right away when we texted. OH!!! Look under the coffee table. There is a cool book. Enjoy!

Stay at Harbor Island

Our stay was fabulous! Hubby wanted to fish and Inlet was closed to fishing due to upcoming music festival. However he was able to fish right out back and met other fishermen and hung out and made friends. Unit was lovely and view wonderful. Will definitely return.

Great location and beautiful condo. Convenient fishing and walk to the beach. We did stress a bit about community lot parking and first come first serve, but each condo in that unit had 2 reserved parking spots. Made everything much easier! Contact agent was amazing!

The condo was updated and beautifully decorated. The property is beautiful. Furniture needs to be updated in the living room. Sofa and chair are very uncomfortable and there is not enough seating for 4 people.

Easter Getaway

Overall, a good stay, because we made it a good stay. Check in, not so much. Given incorrect code to enter condo. Reached out to owner had to leave a message. Did not hear from anyone for 2 1/2 hours after arrival. Thankfully the cleaning service mistakenly left a key under a brick by the front door. Not sure why we looked under the brick, but we did and was able to get in. Property manager was great once we heard from her. Bathrooms were dirty. Tubs don't drain. Condo needs to a good thorough cleaning and disinfecting. Not able to use dishwasher, bottom rack didn't come out. Sofa needs to be cleaned. Stains on carpets in bedrooms. On the bright side, great location, wonderful views of the bay.

Great location & awesome condo

Being very familiar with OCMD we were very excited for our stay at Harbor Island and we were not disappointed. The condo was in great shape, and well appointed. Maybe the bathrooms could be updated but we've certainly seen worse. The view of the bay, especially around sundown is incredible. And having the Reel Inn located on site was a huge plus. Good food & fun atomsphere made it a nightly stop. Would defefinely stay there again!

Has potential to be great!

Overall our experience with this rental was very good. When you open the door the living area, kitchen and views are awesome. The back half of the property not so much. The two bedrooms have average to below average mattresses. Both bathrooms need to be updated and have poor lighting. We did have to call our host to have our bathrooms cleaned because I don’t think they were done prior to us arriving or they just weren’t done well. If they would update the bathrooms and get two new mattresses this place would be an absolute 10! we love the location and the actual facility that this condo was in. So would I stay here again? The simple answer is yes but because of what I mentioned above I would look around and see what else is out there. I hope this review helps someone else and encourages the owners to improve the beds and bathrooms and even think about a better cleaning service.

Beautiful place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well equipped condo. What a gorgeous view of the bay! Reel inn right on the property next to the pool has great food and drinks, they even come around the pool for orders, only negative is the pool is not heated and is VERY cold! and our 2 yr. old granddaughter loved the play area, definatelywould love to stay here again.

Fantastic Property and location

We had a fantastic vacation at this beautiful property. Peace and quiet of the bayfront and just a few minutes walk to beach/boardwalk excitement. Autumn the property contact was AWESOME and answered any questions I had in minutes! We will definitely be staying here again!

Bayfront Ocean City Condo Unit 204L

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We especially loved the view and watching the activity on the water of boaters, people fishing, and some having fun on the floating Tiki Bars. The community was quite peaceful and we felt safe. The sunset from our balcony was spectacular. The unit itself could use some updating especially in the bathrooms. Turing on the shower in the hall bath was especially difficult for me as I could not pull out the faucet. My husband had to do this for me each time I took a shower. As for appliances, the refridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer all appeared to be pretty new. No complaints there. Would definitely go back!!!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful Condo! Very clean, all that we needed was available to us. The pool was great and the view off our balcony was amazing! The washer and dryer was a plus! The king size beds were great as well. We had a wonderful stay!

Fabulous view and cute condo

This is our 2nd time renting. It's a cute condo and great for 2 couples. We had to call Jose and let him know there were no wine glasses. He responded right away with 4 new ones. Would also say that dish towels and mitts are definitely needed and inventory needs to be done after each guest leaves! The couch in the main room has seen better days and it probably should be replaced as it sinks when u sit in it. We would consider renting next year if these items were updated/replaced. The Reel Inn is fabulous for dinner!!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was beautiful and the view is phenomenal!!! We also really enjoyed the pool and the poolside service from the restaurant :) great service from the staff!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Poor Cleaning

There were used towels in the bathroom when we arrived. We had our own towels took pictures and sent to cleaning manager. Condo wasn't up to cleaning standards. We bought cleaning supplies to clean on our own. Bought a broom to sweep. Called Jose no answer but only answered a day later late evening. Poor management overall. Cleaning stuff didn't have to clean anything after we left because we left it spotless after cleaning. To me no walked through before we arrived on 5/3/21.

Best Bay View in OC!

This condo is so perfect!! It was comfortable, a wonderful location inside of Harbor Island, and sincerely the best view ever. It was very clean & the beds were comfortable. There were enough towels for 4 women (which is shocking), but we did have to buy toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags. The kitchen is perfect and the fridge is HUGE!! Loved that it fit all of our stuff for the weekend with no worries about fridge space. We typically go out a lot in OC but we found ourselves wanting to stay in the condo because it was so nice with such nice views. Cannot wait to go back!!

Fantastic Bay View

We enjoyed the porch and the fantastic bay vier. The Harbour Island community was peaceful and quiet. The unit was clean and organized. The beds were comfortable. The pull out couch was also comfortable since it had a foam top, but the foam made it challenging to put the couch back. The cool AC was appreciated as it was very humid in OC during our stay.

Wonderful location in a great community with just a short walk to the beach.

We all enjoyed out stay here. The community was very nice, and we all loved the ability to use the pool (with attached restaurant!). The walk to the beach was manageable, even for our kids. The place was very clean, and the views from the balcony were amazing. My only complaint was there was hardly any hand soap in the bathroom, we had to get more of that and paper towels from the CVS around the corner. I would also suggest the owner get kitchen towels, or even oven mits. I actually had to use a bathroom towel to take something hot out of the stove.

Beautiful View/ Complex Amenities- Overall Cleanliness/ Kitchen Stock Needs Attention

Overall our stay was enjoyable at this condo specifically due to the view of the bay from the condo and the complex amenities and beautifully landscaped grounds (pool access, marina, fishing pier, Reel Inn bar/restaurant). Unfortunately, the cleaning crew for the condo did a very unsatisfactory job prior to our arrival leaving bed linens unwashed, floors not swept or vacuumed, and countertops dirty. Thankfully the property manager was attentive to my communications, but I still had to start off the vacation cleaning the condo before we could settle in and enjoy the place. There was also no broom left in the condo or any cleaning supplies, so I had to purchase these items upon arrival. In addition to the cleanliness, I found that the kitchen was not well stocked for a family to do even light cooking. All pots and pans were unusable as they were either significantly tarnished or burnt. Again, I had to go and purchase cookware just to allow us to make breakfast in the morning! Should the property manager address the cleaning issues and kitchen stock for future tenets- this condo would be perfect for any small group!

Beautiful view and nice location but...

The property the condo sits on is beautiful. Has all the wanted amenities. Upon entering the condo, the views from the balcony was amazing! The kitchen was updated nicely, the family space was nice. The bedrooms were roomy but outdated. Same goes for both bathrooms. Love the washer and dryer. Here are the negatives: The master bedroom’s bathroom had a moldy head and curtain. Had to go out and buy new bc it was too gross to even think about showering in there. There was also residual residue within the shower from many uses and having never been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting. The sink drawer was falling off too. The other bathroom Had the same issue with the gross moldy shower curtain. Bought a new one for that as well. The mirror in the second bathroom had something slung on it that had Obviously never been wiped or cleaned. The front door had ants coming in and visible bug traps throughout the kitchen. The face plate of the dishwasher was off. The oven had so much burned crap in it that we couldn’t use it without tremendous smoke coming from it. The curtains in the family rooms space were missing pieces so there was no way to close off the sun from coming in or out privacy going out. There was a beer bottle and cup on the ground out on the porch upon our arrival. The cleaning crew obviously did not look out on the porch to confirm its cleanliness. The bathrooms overall were the most disappointing Element of our stay, in regards to cleanliness. It does not appear that the cleaning crew did any cleaning whatsoever in those two areas. Our sheets appeared clean and the place tidy. I went and bought cleaning supplies to make sure I cleaned the place again since it didn’t appear to be cleaned properly and with COVID, it seemed ABSOLUTELY necessary to make sure! Sad I had to waste part of my vacation cleaning and buying items for a place that should have been properly cleaned to begin with. The coffee maker supplied with dirty to the point of no use. The back was filled with coffee grounds and other unidentifiable bits. Bought a new coffee maker for the place. The dryer lint catcher was packed to the brim with sand and lint-fire hazard all the way. Sand was in the dryer drum where again I had to wipe it down to be able to use it. Again, great location, pretty view, nice family space, but the cleanliness was beyond disappointing.

We had a great stay. Condo was very nice. Had everything we needed and the location was perfect!
