Welcome to this lovely three-bedroom, two-bath home, perfect for families or small groups seeking comfort and convenience. The open-concept kitchen and living room create a warm and inviting space, featuring a spotless kitchen with a custom-built dining table and a cozy living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and free high speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer as well!

Bedroom One offers ample space with a king-size bed, large windows for natural light, and a generous closet. Bedroom Two features a queen-size bed and a cozy sitting area with a comfortable chair and ottoman, perfect for reading or relaxing while enjoying views of the front and side yard. The third bedroom is designed for children, featuring bunk beds and a small, secluded three-season porch that overlooks the backyard, shaded by pine trees—an ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee or evening wine.

This is the PERFECT house for a family getaway. Quality and location are top notch. All rooms were very comfortable, and it had everything we could have needed (including in the kitchen). Also, the house is beautifully designed, with many thoughtful details. We highly recommend a stay at Mark's house!

Perfect Placid Weekend

We had a great stay. The house was beautifully done and had everything we could need. Location is perfect. Right up the street from downtown but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you don’t get the noise. Would definitely stay again. Mark and Keirsa communicated throughout and were responsive and helpful.

Beautifully remodeled, best location.

This property was remodeled by a pro. Beautifully put together with top grade natural wood and tile materials in a house with appreciable historic value. Extremely clean, warm and well taken care of property. Hosts were excellent with information and help throughout the process. Location 6 stars. 5 min walk and you are on Main Street in the middle of it all.The breakfast nook was cozy spot for enjoying the snowy outdoors. The kitchen is a beautiful place to hang out and is well stocked with quality cookware, utensils, etc to make great meals. Large corner windows in the bedrooms upstairs provide a fantastic view of the area. Tasteful decorations and furniture throughout. Our family highly recommends this property and we hope to stay there and enjoy our time in Lake Placid again.

Lake Placid Newbies

As a Christmas gift, my husband and I decided to take our boys skiing for a long weekend. We did not want to drive too far or take a plane; so Lake Placid seemed like a great compromise. I looked for a rental that had a good location and wasn't too large. Mark and Keirsa's Lake Placid home was perfect! It was large enough to give us some privacy if we wanted but it was super cozy and welcoming as well! It is well appointed with modern conveniences but has lovely older charm. It was in walking distance of everything and other local attractions were just a few miles away. I would highly recommend this property for any season. Thank you Mark and Keirsa!

House was wonderful! Great kitchen with everything you need - had a great variety of oils and vinegars and basic necessities. The bathrooms were so clean and the bed linens and towels were high quality. One thing that would have made a big difference was if the living room could sit 6 adults comfortably.

Cozy home, great location!

We really enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Lake Placid and Olympic Center from the home, very short walking distance away. 15 minute drive to Whiteface mountain but shuttles close by if needed. The home was cozy with beautiful nature artwork. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Mark & Keira were great with communication. Easy access with the keypad. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Cozy home in Lake Placid

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was perfectly cozy after a long day of skiing at Whiteface. It was very nice to come back to the space and unwind. The house was beautifully kept very clean and up-to-date. Bedrooms were warm and inviting. The location to the mountain and walking distance to the main street of Lake Placid is ideal! The hosts were very accommodating and communicative to any questions we had during our week long visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in perfect location!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous home along with our two teenage sons. The home was immaculate, extremely well appointed and included everything we could possibly need - with special touched sprinkled about! The master was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. Living space was incredible and better than the pictures show. The location was phenomenal; so close to great restaurants and shopping. Mark was a fabulous host! We will definitely be back and look forward to our next stay here! Thank you Mark!

Our house in Lake Placid is our haven from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We love this house and love to share it with others. We're passionate about hiking and cross-country skiing, as well as cycling and just hanging out.

Hillcrest Ave is one of the most desirable locations in Lake Placid due to its walkable proximity to downtown, the skating oval, the beach and toboggan run, the Olympic center, and pretty much everything else you want to do in town.

This is a three bedroom home with two full baths. Open concept kitchen and living room. Large yard and spacious front porch.
Custom built kitchen with dining table. Cozy and comfortable living room with flat screen T.V. Free wifi. Fully equipped kitchen. A full size washer and dryer also!!
Bedroom one: Ample size room with King size bed. Large windows allowing for natural light. Large closet and bureau for clothes storage.
Bedroom two: Ample size room. Queen size bed. Additional small sitting area with comfortable chair and ottoman. Perfect place to sit and read or relax next to the large windows overlooking the front and side yard.
Third bedroom: This room has bunk beds, suitable for children. This bedroom also has a small, secluded 3 season porch attached. It overlooks the back yard. Shaded with views of the pine trees. Wonderful area for morning coffee and nighttime glass of wine!
The home has comfortable furnishings. Newly renovated, but still maintains it's Adirondack flare.
The property boasts a large front porch sitting area with a double lot. Great for building a snowman!
The side breezeway has the grill that is available to you.
Offstreet parking. There is driveway capacity for 3 cars.
Mountain Valley Shuttle stop is a one minute walk to free transportation to Whiteface Mountain for skiing and snowboarding!
