Great place outside of Seattle!

We had a great stay. Great location and had the space my family of 4 was looking for. Newly remodeled, beds were comfortable and great kitchen. Check in and check out was seamless and the owner was great to work with

Great location for Starfire

Super clean handy location. Could use some more kitchen dishes, comfy living room sofa, kitchen table, additional bed in the third bedroom. Nice appliances and owner responded quickly. Nice neighborhood for dog walking

Nice but lacked accommodations for a large group.

Check in was great and the property manager was great! The property was nicely remodeled but the furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. We didn’t have enough seating for the six people in our group so we had to buy camp chairs for seating. The beds were old and uncomfortable as well. There were also ants everywhere throughout the house and in the kitchen.

Tall weeds in the front and back, not appealing, back bedroom mattress dips hard to the middle, uncomfortable, bed in front bedroom-the wood slates under mattress kept falling, black ants in basement bathroom and AC didn't cool adequately, black ants in kitchen were hard to contain as we cooked and ate.

Seattle trip

This house was in a fantastic location for our vacation in Seattle. It is close enough to everything while being out of the city. There were cleaning issues which we let the host know about but could not send him pictures as VRBO blocked his email address. We would have loved if there was a spot we could have all sat together to play games like a card table or a dining table and chairs. Overall we were happy with our stay and the host was responsive There was a slight problem with the number of beds compared to what is in the listing but the host took care of it immediately.

This vacation rental has great potential. Obvious new remodel to the kitchen and bathrooms. However, the grounds need to be cleaned up. ( we enjoy time outside). Also, the lack of towels was a bit unusual. 5 bath towels, nothing else. No hand towels, washcloths or kitchen towels to be found. Needs room darkening curtains on the front bedroom. Disclose that there is a spiral staircase to the lower floor.

Review

Overall this was a clean home and a great location near SeaTac airport, major shopping and dining area and Seattle. It was in a quiet location and easy access to I-5. Minor complaints are that there was insufficient furniture in the living space for the number of listed occupants. There was only a small couch that could seat 2 people. It would have also been nice to have a full set of towels as there were only bath towels and no hand towels or washcloths. It was also have been nice if a hair dryer and iron/ironing board were provided, as those are normal accessories in any hotel or pro VRBO locations. Those were minor things that can be easily remedied and would have bumped up all categories to a 5. I would recommend this location. Thank you!

Bachelor Pad

It was not disclosed online that there was a downstairs. The pillows were flat and only 2 extra so not everyone could have an extra. There were no extra blankets and the heater only blew in one room. There were space heaters in other rooms but downstairs the area was too big so it never felt warm. The heater was extremely loud. No full length mirrors and the sink in the upstairs bathroom Had no lip so water was always coming over the edge when washing your face. Few outlets and light switches. Communication with the owner was non existent.
