This large, recently updated house features 3 queen-sized bedrooms, including a full ensuite primary bedroom, and two other nice-sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom features blackout curtains with privacy sheers, desk & chair, large dresser, full-length mirror, WiFi internet access, and a new, 43", UHD 4K Smart TV with internet. Additional space including a kitchen, breakfast nook, glass sunroom, living areas and a large fenced yard, make it a family ready stay. Plenty of parking and a 5 minute drive to the new Light Rail station make access to SeaTac airport, sports arenas and downtown Seattle a breeze. Nearby restaurants and shopping add to the convenient location.

The property is clean, the glass room is great, love the ice cream. The furniture seems to be more for style than comfort, very low seats, and not welcoming. Thankfully we had the sun room to sit and play cards. Although the ad says it comes with soaps and other amenities, they were lacking. There is no outside furniture or grill so you are limited to the sun room or dark livingroom for relaxing. This could have all been overlooked if it wasn't for the one omission, a huge one that I personally found deceiving, was that the house is directly in the flight path for Sea-Tac Airport. From the minute we arrived on Friday afternoon until we left on Tuesday morning, every 5-10 minutes another plane flew over. This was continuous for 4 days straight. Couple that with the next door neighbor's dogs on both side love to bark...and bark and bark. Oh yeah, and there was a baseball tournament all weekend in the back yard. The yelling and screaming was only drowned out by the planes. I will definitely never rent there again and think that the owners need to reevaluate their description of their property as well as the amenities. Great ice cream tho!!

This is a superb rental. The hosts left ice cream and coffee from their other businesses. The house is so well decorated and appointed with anything you would need. It is very close to shops and dining as well as the Federal Way transit station. We had to ask about the door code, and the hosts were super responsive

Recently updated, this large, comfortable house is perfect for a couple looking to get out of the city but still be located not “too far” away. It’s also the perfect size for a small family wanting a lot of space or co-workers needing plenty of room to spread out. Nestled between Seattle and Tacoma, Badger’s Corner is a great base-station for exploring the greater Puget Sound area.
