Many things need fixing
These are the problems and hassles we had during our stay. No closet or dresser in the master bedroom which was super inconvenient. The large sliding screen doors don't lock and fall off the track when attempting to use resulting in either no ventilation or no security. Master bedroom light and fan have no wall switch and use the same controller as other units; this was a big problem as someone in another unit was having fun turning our light and fan on and off constantly. Probably the same person living upstairs who stomped and paced on the thin floors all night long over our bedroom. Neither the washer nor the dryer function properly, essentially unusable. Ice maker not working. Door lock became non-operational, luckily before we locked ourselves out, and required a trip to the store for batteries. No dish towels in kitchen and no drain rack, very few hand towels and facecloths. Existing towels appeared unwashed and became unusable when washer and dryer malfunctioned. Doorbell and icemaker are broke. I received a nice welcome text by a mythical person named Katrina who never materialized when texted or called. I was called back by a gentleman from the management company, but no one ever appeared to fix the problems. This is a poorly run operation. Oh, and our rental car was hit in the parking lot, can't blame management for that. I will say the location was very nice.
