We’re sorry you were dissatisfied with our property, but the claims in your review are entirely inaccurate. Our home is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, and we have never had complaints about dirty floors. If there were any cleanliness concerns, we wish you had allowed us the opportunity to address them immediately rather than purchasing your own supplies. We also provide standard cleaning essentials, including dish soap (which is not watered down), toilet bowl cleaner, and fresh dish towels. Our bedding is routinely laundered and in good condition, so describing it as “old” or excessively worn is unfounded. Unfortunately, you brought multiple unapproved dogs without notifying us in advance. These pets left dirt, mud, and excessive hair throughout the property, forcing us to discard our brand-new bedding. Additionally, your vehicle leaked oil on the driveway, and several items were found broken upon checkout. This was by far the worst experience we have had with any guest. We also investigated your concerns regarding the refrigerator and washer; both were in proper working order before your stay and remain so. We always encourage guests to communicate any issues so we can address them promptly. Leaving at 3:30 a.m. without prior notice made it impossible for us to perform a walkthrough or resolve last-minute concerns. We hope you find accommodations that better meet your needs in the future, but we advise other hosts to exercise caution should they consider accepting you into their property.
