About this space
Have fun with the whole family at this two story 3-bed, 2.5 bath home located near the Pearl Brewery and a short drive from Fort Sam Military base.
The space
This newly built space includes a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, internet access and cable TV.
Our spacious top floor includes the master room with king bed and a private ensuite bathroom and charming private balcony. With two additional single queen bedrooms, and two full baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
Guest access
Guests may access the entire space.

Super great location. Property Manager was really responsive. Basic essentials had to be bought for our stay ie hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. There were some items left from previous stays (some coffee and detergent) that was helpful. Very spacious townhome.

The location of this place was perfect. We were a block from the Pearl District which had something for everyone. We walked the Riverwalk from this location all the way downtown. It was an easy 2 mile walk. There are several bars/ restaurants along the way. The unit itself had so much room for our group to stay. The owner was easy to reach when we had a question. Would highly recommend!

This space was comfortable and close to the River Walk. It was ideal for someone without a vehicle, but had parking if needed.

First impression walking up to the door weren’t great. Looks like someone recently busted out all the glass windows in the door. The panes were fixed with new glass and duct tape around each window. There was still glass on the ground in front of the front door that you had to watch not to track inside and then there was trash right outside the back door that an animal might have got into. The master bedding had some stains on the sheet and the duvet. But once you got past those minor things the house was great. There is construction going on across the street but it didn’t bother us. It’s located within a 5 minute walk to the Pearl area.

The location is excellent. You can walk across the street to the Pearl district which has shops, restaurants and an outdoor market on weekends. You can also take the GoRio river shuttle into the historic San Antonio Riverwalk and back.There's a lot of construction going on but it didn't bother us as the workers adhered to quiet hours.Plenty of room for our group of 5. Bring your own laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels etc if you want to use the appliances. There's the Pullman Market across the way where you could buy these items, but it's pricey. However if you like Whole Foods and Central Market you'll enjoy shopping there.Overall such a deal for such a fantastic spot. Highly recommend it.

Walking Distance to the Pearl Area

Enjoyed our stay! There was room for all of us (7 people for 2 nights, and 5 for 3 nights).Clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. It was nice to be close to all the restaurants and Pullman market in the Pearl area. Would recommend and would stay again!

The interior of the property was very nice. There was lots of space for the family to hang out indoors. The yard was muddy in the back and the front yard looked neglected. Fortunately we had lots of activities for the kids to be entertained they didn’t want to go outside. Great proximity to downtown and the freeway. It was a comfortable stay and the mgmt team was super responsive.
