House and stay were great. The area is perfect for easy travel between attractions and both coasts. The neighbors were friendly. Ease and timeliness of communication with the host was great throughout the entire process.

Felt like we were going to break the tiny couches, beds could be more comfortable, over all great stay! Pool was awesome and the highlight of our trip besides Disneys Animal Kingdom. Bathtub in master bedroom was amazing. Will return if we come back to the area. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking ware.

What a great stay! We really appreciated all the little extras - really didn’t need to get anything except food and even then they had some dry goods and spices available. The pool was amazing and the kids loved all the toys and thank you for the kids life jacket - our littlest benefited.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing !!! The host was very fast with communication, even offered me early check in and complimentary pool heating for the remainder of my stay which I truly appreciated! The house was perfect just as the pictures stated. Grocery stores is close by . Overall the trip was amazing and I will definitely book again!

Nice space for multiple families. Well maintained, comfortable beds, nice pool. Great place to relax and enjoy family. The host was very attentive and made sure that everything was taken care of and that our stay was pleasant. Highly recommend.

Another great stay-our second time at this property! Host very attentive when we flagged any issues and had them rectified quickly. Table tennis was great fun and the heated swimming pool was excellent.

Conveniently located and nice enough but communication with the owners was very poor. I had to request the check in information and as someone who uses a lot of rentals I’ve never experienced that There was a delay with the cleaning crew where they were still cleaning 1 hour after our check in time, something I would normally be completely understanding of but the owners again did not communicate with me until I reached out The garbage can was packed and had not been serviced for atleast 1 week if not 2 While the property was perfectly serviceable it shows significant indications of unrelated wear and the beds were basically boards with strip of foam Fine for the money and the location but with significant draw backs

Hi Connor, thanks for your review. However, I would like to note the following. The checkin information and additional details were sent to you at around the same time that you requested the same. Also, as I mentioned in my note to you the cleaners were delayed due to an emergency, however, it was all professionally cleaned and the cleaners were leaving upon your arrival thus it did not result in any inconvenience to you . After my note explaining that I did not hear back from you with any other issues and thus assumed that you and your group were having a great stay. My checkin information to you clearly stated that you should let me know of any issues or concerns that you may have after checkin and for you to send me pictures of those items. There is a reason why I have a property manager and his primary role is for him to attend to guests concerns so as to ensure that they have a wonderful and great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was much larger than the pics. The Ovation Bistro Restaurant ( dinner ) and First Watch breakfast Restaurant were alsovery close, as were several golf courses.Kumar was very responsive to any questions I had ( not many ) and my early walks around the development was perfect. Vey clean and private. I will book again in the near future for sure..
