These spacious two-bedroom townhomes pair an authentic mountain setting with unique amenities. Warm up by the fireplace in the comfortable living room, cook a meal for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, sit back and relax in the jetted tub and private sauna, or breathe in the fresh mountain air while observing local wildlife from the private decks. The lower level includes a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a dining room, a full kitchen, one full bathroom with a sauna, and a private deck, while the upper level includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a loft area with two twin beds, one full bathroom, and a second private deck.


Mountainside Villas is located at Massanutten Resort, a premier four-season destination in the Shenandoah Valley. With popular attractions like the Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark, Mountain Greens and Woodstone Meadows 18-hole golf courses, The Spa at Massanutten, and the Family Adventure Park, Massanutten has something for everyone. No issues whatsoever. The house was simple and basic, just as advertised. Loved the sauna. Great location. You check in at the main office and they give you a door code. Would stay again.

We had a great time at the resort, unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't working, the place seems to be a little dirty, but we cleaned it up, and overall it was a very nice stay.

Place is nice with everything needed. Loved the sauna inside and was ready for the jacuzzi but it was not clean so we didn’t get to use it. Everything else was good

The accommodations were as advertised and provided plenty of room for our party of 7. The in-room sauna did not get as hot as we would’ve liked and the tub jets lacked the cleanliness we expected, but overall we had everything we needed to enjoy our time with family. We cooked breakfast multiple days in the kitchen and had all the supplies we needed. The only electric outlet in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work, but we were able to work around it. The location was perfect and quiet in the evenings. Check-in was quick and efficient. We were disappointed on check-out when we were charged for supposedly removing a pillow from the room, but after a phone call and reiterating we did not have said item, we were assured the charge would be credited. Massanutten has always been a fun time for our family, and we would stay here again.

New Year Ski Trip

We visited Massanutten for the first time for a family ski trip. The villa is very spacious, the in-unit dryer was very convenient for drying out damp clothes. The sauna was also a wonderful ending to a long day of skiing. It’s a quick 2-minute drive to the parking lot and we walked right onto slope. Family would love to visit again.
