Spacious 3BR/2BA villa nestled in the treetops at Massanutten Resort, just steps from the slopes! Perfect for families with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, private deck, stand-up arcade game, and firepit on resort property in the beautiful Massanutten Resort! Walk to skiing in winter or enjoy hiking, golf, zip-lining, and the indoor water park year-round. Relax, play, and make mountain memories anytime of the year!

The house has two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper, entry level. There’s also a washer and dryer on that level available for guest use. The lower level has the living room, dining room and kitchen. There’s also the master bedroom and a full bathroom in this level. The dining room and master bedrooms have doors out to the spacious back deck. The deck has a table to enjoy a meal at or relax and a gas grill for you to use. The house has a stand up arcade game, firepit on the back deck, portable ping-pong set and PlayStation 2 with loads of games and our favorite karaoke!
Nestled within the trees of Massanutten Resort, you’ll love the wooded setting as you escape from the hustle and bustle of the world. Located on the only street in Massanutten with ski-out access, our home offers a unique convenience for ski enthusiasts. While not directly on the slopes, it’s just a quick 1,000-foot walk to the end of our cul-de-sac, where you can ski out onto the top of Easy Street slope.

The house is pet friendly but guests must get prior approval before arrival and pay a $100 pet fee per pet.

Nestled within the trees of Massanutten Resort which is not just a ski resort but truly a year-round destination. Of course there are amazing winter sports, with 1,110 feet of vertical - the most in Virginia, Maryland, or Pennsylvania. The resort includes 14 trails, all lit for night-skiing as well and offers ice skating and snow-tubing. But don’t forget about the golf, mini-golf, go-karts, bungee-jumping, zip line, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, spa…and the INDOOR WATER PARK open all year-long. The Shenandoah River can be accessed from only 5 miles from the Resort entrance. Spend a day fishing, tubing or kayaking on the river! Located just minutes away from restaurants, resort spa and shops.

The property has a lot of potential and is in a convenient location within the Massanutten Resort. The host was extremely kind and responsive, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests — her attentiveness went a long way in making our stay more comfortable. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking essentials, which was greatly appreciated.That said, we did encounter several maintenance concerns. The carpet and interior doors showed significant wear, the upstairs bathroom sink leaked and there was a plastic bowl under it to catch the water. However there was a hairdryer stored beneath that sink that was actually wet making it dangerous to use. There was visible brown mold on the bathroom ceiling and visible spackle jobs on the wall that were painted a color that didn’t match the bathroom. There was a large stone on the fireplace hearth wasn’t fully secure as the structure itself didn’t support it. Several electrical and lighting features were difficult to use or not functioning properly, and the air conditioning vents were extremely worn and in need of replacement. Additionally, an abundance of wires from the TV setup created both an eyesore and potential safety concern. While the home’s modern decor to improve the appearance are well done - the basic necessities need professional attention. There is certainly a lot of potential in the home and we do wish the owners all the best with their property.

Property was as pictured and overall served our needs for the weekend. However, some details to consider for future renters would be to clean grill as it was not in good condition to prepare food. Also, several dishes and pots/pans were put away unclean by previous guests.

Ski Trip

We chose Massanutten based off of it being the central location of all of us. The listing looked great and was the perfect size, so we booked! Unit was beyond perfect. You cannot beat the location with views of the slopes and ability to walk onto the hills! We had a great time and are very likely to return in the future!

Ski Slope View

"We had a fantastic stay at Mary’s cozy Condo! The location was perfect for skiing and snow tubing , walking distance to the slopes , the space was impeccably clean, and the host was incredibly responsive to our questions. The comfortable bed with doorway to balcony overlooking the snow tubing , ski slopes and Mountains was breathtaking. The well-stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this listing for anyone visiting Maddenutten Ski Resprt.

VA ski trip

This location is very nice amd our family had a good time. The property was clean, aligned with the pictures and had quite a bit of parking. The one issue we had is that this location is listed as a ski in-ski out and it is NOT. That option required us to walk down the hill which is very impractical.

Great spot

This house is perfect for a ski trip. The location is right next to the resort and has convenient ski slope access. The property was clean upon arrival and the check-in process was very easy. The property manager is very responsive to messages and gave clear instructions for check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for Celebrations

Great location and view!

Loved our stay. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. Tons of space for everyone. We loved the cabin feel, it's 1 minute from snow tubing, skiing and activities. Back patio looks out to the snow tubing. We had a great time and will definitely come back.
