Will wave cleaning fee if rented for 7 nights or more. Located in NE Tucson, this townhome is a dream. With 3 marvelous bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for added convenience. This quaint property also offers amenities like WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, heating, AC. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Tucson. Also enjoy the all new outdoor landscaping on the outdoor furniture under the covered patio admiring the beautiful view of Mt Lemmon.

The neighborhood is very quiet and the people are very friendly, always offering up a hand if needed. The local area is great for walking, hiking, biking, and just getting out to enjoy the scenery and relax.

All completely remodeled and all new landscaping that is in a private courtyard with an awesome view of Mt Lemmon. Access to pool (not heated) and hot tub year round.
