This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is nestled in a peaceful, newly developed neighborhood.

Whether you're traveling for work, a family getaway, a weekend adventure, or a long-term stay, this space is designed to meet the needs of every kind of traveler.



COMMUNITY AMENITIES:

The house is in a newly developed community. You’ll have access to two community areas during your stay:

Community Area 1: pool, splash pad, picnic area, playground.

Community Area 2: pool, pickleball courts (paddles and balls are provided).


EV-FRIENDLY:

This property includes a Level 2 EV charger with a J1772 connector. You're welcome to use the charger during your stay.
Tesla drivers: please bring your own adapter.

Room 1 (master bedroom): King bed, table lamp, attached private bathroom, ceiling fan/light.

Room 2 & 3: queen bed, table lamp, shared bathroom, ceiling fan/light.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the property. We found the beds comfortable and it had everything we needed. The pools were nice and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a couple of days at the last minute and we're happy to have found this place. We visited Thombstone, Bisby, Sabino & other interesting areas.John's place is homey, clean, and easy access to everything. We dont mind coming back here. Thank you John for the last minute acxomodation.

The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout our whole stay. The host was also available when we had questions etc. The house was absolutely lovely and perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no problems. The house was well stocked and cleaned prior to our arrival. I would 100% stay here again and absolutely loved this stay. Also, it is located in a great stop for adventuring as it wasn’t too far from where we needed to be for Saguaro National Park! Highly recommend this place!

Our family enjoyed our stay. It rained all weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the community pool,etc but they looked great.

The stay was great for what we needed. The owners were very kind and communicative. The home is beautiful, nice open and bright. We visited both pools both very nice and accommodating. (No map in house so I drove around looking for them) some challenges were: Limited pots and pans, and not the best to cook with, couch a little hard, could use more blankets, and the toilet wasn’t the cleanest. Overall it was great experience. We would come back again. We alone enjoyed the sign in notebook from previous stayers.
