IMPORTANT – CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

There is currently active construction directly in front of the property. Guests may experience construction activity and noise during daytime hours, and the construction may partially affect the ocean view as the project progresses.

Construction activity is not continuous throughout the day and schedules may vary. During the Christmas and New Year holiday period, construction in the area normally pauses, and no construction activity is generally expected during this time.

The villa and private pool remain fully available for guests. Please note that the jacuzzi is currently unavailable.

Our current rates have been adjusted to reflect these temporary conditions. We want our guests to be fully informed before booking and encourage you to contact us with any questions regarding the current construction conditions.

Communication:

We will contact you through the messaging platform you used to make the reservation. We can also create a group chat to share recommendations, useful information, available services, and help you organize your stay more smoothly.

Additional Guests & Extra Charges:

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. However, we can host up to 8 guests upon request. For each additional guest beyond 6, a nightly surcharge of $50 applies. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the extra bed (a sofa bed for two).

If you need a baby crib during your stay, please let us know in advance. This service is available upon request for an additional fee of $40 per stay, and we will gladly have it ready for your arrival. Towel Policy Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup, self-tanner, or any other staining products. These items permanently damage the fabric and are difficult to clean. We provide makeup remover towels in every bathroom for your convenience. Please use them accordingly. Damaged towels will be subject to replacement charges, as stated in our house rules.

Thank you for helping us maintain the quality of the villa for all our guests.

Security Deposit:

A $500 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card 1 day before arrival. This is not a charge. The hold will be automatically released within 3 days after check-out if no damage is reported.
