Our stay at this location was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, lots of space, and the game room was a blast with so many different activities for all ages. We were sad when our stay was over. Highly recommend!

This is a great place. The outdoor space was perfect for a nice autumn weekend and a differentiator for an urban location. The adjoining game room sealed the deal for our group of old college friends. The area had a nice vibe and the accommodations were easily on the top end of all the VRBOs we have stayed at over the years.

The house and outdoor space were FANTASTIC. Location was wonderful, space was clean and perfect for a mom's get together! A really unique place compared to other rental options in the area. The check in instructions were PERFECT including really detailed parking information. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Spacious, clean, comfortable with lots of hang out options for our group of 6. Brian responded quickly to all questions. Plenty of really comfortable sleeping options for adults and kids- awesome movie room/game room and patio area-perfect to please all ages.

an outstanding property, well appointed and comfortable. the steam shower and heated bathroom floors added to a great stay. walking distance to Steak and many other restaurants. will stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our annual girls trip. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location for walking around Tremont and it's a short drive into downtown Cleveland.

The home was in a fantastic location in Tremont and within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, churches, and everything that makes the neighborhood so charming and vibrant. The space itself was comfortable and welcoming, and the host could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.A few minor housekeeping details kept this from being a perfect experience. The floors and countertops could have been cleaner upon arrival, some trash had been left in the playroom, and several lamps were missing light bulbs. We also ran short on toilet paper during the stay. One thing worth noting for future guests is that the house is tucked behind another home and next to an apartment building, which wasn’t entirely clear from the listing.Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed both the home and the neighborhood.

Amazing stay for families

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. The layout worked well for us and there was plenty of space. It was beautifully decorated and has high quality furnishings and appliances. The outdoor space was amazing and we appreciated the off street parking and fenced in yard for our dog. Check in was easy and the house was spotless. The neighborhood was nice and a good location for sightseeing. The hosts were excellent and made sure we had a great stay. Highly recommended staying at one of their properties.

Place was awesome! Clean and very nice. Excellent location to walk to pretty much anywhere in tremont to downtown. The manager was responsive very quickly with the details and was available if we needed anything. Also the three parking spots were clutch for a larger party!
