For complete beach fun and relaxation look no further than 4 Sea Shell Lane! This four bedroom home gives you the quaint cottage feel yet sleeps 10 people in an open spacious floor plan. With ocean views, a short walk to the beach and to the community pool, and walking distance to the Isle of Palms Marina, your group will have plenty to do at this perfect beach location. This wonderful beach home is located in the private oceanfront community of Sea Oats.
When you walk in the front door the airy and bright open floor plan directs your eyes to the spaciousness of the main living area. Livingroom, dining room, kitchen and even a sunroom allows for plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. Prepare wonderful meals for 10 in the well equipped kitchen; enjoy a casual grilled dinner or a lively game in the dining space or the sports game of your liking on the large screen TV. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor, one being the primary with a King bed and en suite bathroom. The primary also has its own deck access! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom with tub and shower combo. There is a great deck off the main living space outdoor meals prepared on the grill or just enjoying your morning coffee with the peek a boo ocean view.
The second floor of this wonderful beach home has 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom, one bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other has 2 Queen beds- both are bright and airy.
Just a hop skip and a jump to the beach, use the 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs included with your rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great. Home was perfect for 10 people including 4 kids. Beach access was short to a really nice beach. Only issue was a smoke detector that was flashing a really bright light in one bedroom and we simply took it off and removed the battery (still flashed so I put it in a drawer. Put it back up before we left... Rented two golf carts and it made getting around easy and qick.

Great location and a nice home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have actually stayed in this home more than once and we really really love the location. The pool is nearby and the beach is incredibly accessible. The house itself was clean and has plenty of space. The primary bath is a little bit tight if that is an issue for you- but no trouble on our end. We were very happy with the rental company. The lock situation could stand to be updated as I could see renters getting worried. The outdoor shower had an LOT of mosquitos, so we avoided that after day 1– but there is also an hose and even an outdoor sink should you need it. Outside of that, 10/10, we would stay again.

Molly, We appreciate you coming back to 4 Sea Shell Lane and staying with us! We will spray that shower for mosquitos and will pass the door lock on to the home owner. It is tricky, but once you get the hang of the dead bolt turning, it works good. We look forward to your next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decent property - Exterior foliage needs to be cleaned up/trimmed back. Mosquitos can be an issue when it's not breezy or cooler out. Property was clean and nice overall. They are VERY strict on parking. Management company was professional and helpful. Would def stay here again, parking in and out of the driveway was also challenging (mainly due to the over grown foliage). Great location, just a short walk to a large beautiful beach.

Richard, Thank you for choosing 4 Sea Shell for your last minute getaway to Isle of Palms. We are sorry that you had parking issues at this home, there is a strict number of cars allowed at every vacation rental on the Isle of Palms that is issued by the code enforcer. 4 Sea Shell Lane is allowed 4 vehicles because that is how many bedrooms the home has and how much space the garage and driveway provides. More than 4 vehicles is a problem for the community, the home and our company as it is a violation. Thank you for taking card of this immediately upon our request. The community has it's own HOA lawn maintenance but we will ask if they can trim back the greenery, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Otherwise, we are glad you found the location great.
