Waterfront paradise

From the moment we stepped foot thru the gates, we were in paradise - Wonderful property coupled by a top notch host made our month long stay heaven on earth. We recommend the villa to all discerning guests who want peace, quiet and a place to recharge from the world.

Perfect family holiday

We chose Samos to celebrate my wife’s big birthday as it was the birthplace of her grandmother. The villa was perfect in meeting our needs as a family that included three grandchildren. Appolon greeted us on arrival and was so helpful in giving tips and assistance all through our 10 day stay. The villa itself is in a beautiful quiet spot on the edge of Balos beach. Strongly recommend booking dinner at Stella restaurant just next door, probably the best in the whole island The villa itself is well equipped, clean and in very comfortable. Has a lovely garden and patio with two seating areas In preparation for arrival, Appolon communicated regularly and gave us very accurate details of what to expect I would recommend this villa for a family or a group of friends very strongly. We are definitely going back Amr Zeineldine

Samos Stay

The house was OK. Good location. Nice view. Needs many updates. The host was extremely rude and condescending. Made several references negatively about Americans. Talked about Greeks being "puppets to the allies" and the US wanting to sell guns to anyone. Really started off on a bad foot with this guy. We were on vacation and his attitude about Americans and the way he reacted to us was in extremely poor taste and had all of us very upset. I was very glad that we did not see him again during our stay!

Thank you for your honest review, Unfortunately the guest never understood my fun part upon his arrival. One of the first questions I respond to him was “if they were safe from Turkish invading forces”, so I responded making fun, that we got the best guns from USA, and the 6th naval fleet of USA is stationed at Crete (to feel safe upon his vacations). I don’t have issue with any nation included Turks and USA citizens, I Do this job cause I like to meet people form different countries, On of my best costumers this year was a Turkish couple who engaged at my villa and an USA citizen that we continue to talk from social media and make fun. The guest was rude from his arrival, I made FUN to cool him, unfortunately that’s the first time someone calling me rude, anyone who read my reviews in any site writes that I am polite and helpful.

Seaside Villa

We stayed as a family of 4 for 6 days In late October. The House is lovely as in the photos. It is right by the sea at the end of a cul de sac with splendid views over the sea. It was built by Apollon's parents, and recently restored . It was very clean, very comfortable, and a delightful place to relax. It was the end of the season so the village was very quiet and all local restaurants closed. A small characterful fishing village is 5 minutes drive away which had a good supermarket, cafe and bakery. There are a plethora of beaches to chose from, but a car is definitely needed. The sea was still nice and warm for swimming. Their are lots of restaurants open year round, and although we didn't take up the offer, the chef from the Stella ( rated number one on tripadvisor) can cook for you out of season if arranged via Apollon. We were more than happy self catering, taking in the view, and some of the local muscat. We would not hesitate in coming back to stay as a family. It would also be good for a group of friends. Thanks Apollon!

Fantastic holidays

The villa is fantastic, extremely comfortable and spacious, situated straight at the ocean. Definitely recommended for families! All pictures are a truly reflection of what you will get. The bedrooms were perfect , beds super comfortable , comfy pillows and as the rest of the house, beautifully decorated . Apollon was a most welcoming host and happy to help with recommending restaurants, shops and activities. I would not hesitate to book this property next time we visit Samos.

The Aeolos villa is located in an area ideal for exploration of the local and natural environment. The villa and its garden offer for peaceful relaxation by the sea and the quiet stream in the summer, which transform into powerful currents in the winter. The more than a century old plane tree on the terrace of the villa along with the sea, river and mountain view contribute to a wonderful landscape where the guest may enjoy their breakfast or dinner under the unique night sky.
The monastery-like double-height living room, the Victorian-like conservatory lounge hanging above the river with its fireplace and unique views to the sea, ideal for winter visitors, the study facing the garden and sea, the comfortable bedrooms equipped with natural fiber materials and our excellent service, offer the guest a unique experience.
