Located on the strip in Downtown Melbourne where there are many options to eat, shop, experience theater, and even become artistic with 3 different DIY studios all in walking distance!

The condo has been renovated and sits over a mortgage business by day. We have an extremely comfortable king-size bed, TV in the bedroom, and also one in the open concept living room and kitchen area.

Come stay with us, we would love to host your stay in Melbourne!

Large bedroom with king- size bed, T.V., nightstands, armoire, and desk with chair.

Bathroom has a tub/shower combo, sink vanity with mirror and dressing area. There is also a stackable washer and dryer available right outside the bathroom in the hallway.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer. There is a center island with barstools to enjoy your meals.

Living area has a sectional couch and a flat screen TV.

High-speed Wifi is included and available for your use.

Private access on is located on the side of the building, and up one flight of stairs.

The condo is located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, and even 3 DIY art studios... all specializing in different crafts.

Ready to hit the beach? It's just a 5 minute drive away, with many more options for food and shopping!

Guests are given their space and provided self check-in. If any assistance is required, we can be reached through the App or give us a call at 321-758-1258. We are located nearby if any in-person assistance is needed.

Historic Downtown Melbourne, Florida, has a vibe that just doesn’t exist anywhere else. It’s a little hip, a little quaint, a little eccentric — and 100% unforgettable. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars in walking distance. The beach is just a 5 minute ride over the causeway. Uber and Lyft are also available if you choose to ride instead of drive.

Wedding in Melbourne

Great little place. Perfect for a couple. Nicely finished and definitely as advertised. Easy walk to downtown Melbourne and restaurants. We would definitely go back and Melbourne is an undiscovered gem in itself.

Suitable but not quite as advertised

Overall we were here for a work trip so we didn’t spend too much time at the house. The house is actually two dwellings combined so you share a thin wall with a more permanent group of tenants. You also share the driveway so be cautious of planning to bring too many vehicles.The kitchen was well equipped compared to other VRBOs. The location was great. This rental requires you to use a 3rd party AI check in and information website, that I found very unnecessary and challenging to use. You have to ask for the WiFi info and the door code has discrepancy between the website they send you to and the verbiage in the VRBO messaging app. Overall the cleanliness was very subpar and the shower handle was marginally usable during our stay.
