This stunning STAND-ALONE villa with COVERED CARPORT was completely renovated in 2025 (interior only) to reflect a sleek, modern coastal aesthetic after Hurricane Helene, while delivering maximum comfort and functionality. Major updates include hurricane-rated doors, a brand-new HVAC system with ductwork, new plumbing, new flooring, cabinets, countertops, furniture, appliances, etc. Purchased by new owners in May 2024, the home has been thoughtfully reimagined and upgraded to luxurious standards.

Nice quiet little space close to everything you would need.

Price was right, place was amazing, couldn't ask for a better location. All the neighbors were amazing and nice also. Place was very clean, I will be visiting here again and using this house.

Great stay!

This property was the perfect location for our short vacation! We walked to the beach every night for the sunset, the pool was just steps away, and it was conveniently located near a fish market with amazing food! Clean, up to date. The owner was very responsive upon our arrival as we had a few questions! Would recommend to anyone!

Fun Spring Break

Location was great. The keyless entry was not working so we had to use a key which was a little frustrating but overall a good stay. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. There was a few issues with cleanliness, hairs and things left in drawers and couches but nothing crazy. Would stay again.

Very comfortable,clean and nice place .

The beach is a little far of a walk for a person with disabilities, 5 minutes for healthy. Loved the place, beautiful, clean and very comfy. Pool is 25 feet away . There are plenty of water toys, chairs and floats in the beach room. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Siesta Key. The host is very responsive to all text ,

Very Disappointing

Booked a family getaway at this place based on the owner's promises of luxury—the 1,000 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding being a key deciding factor. Upon arrival, our designated parking spot was occupied by another vehicle, which we had to relocate ourselves. Entering the unit, we discovered that the advertised luxurious bedding was actually pilled, cheap polyester with gross yellow stains and stray pubic hairs — clearly unwashed from previous guests. The bathrooms were in desperate need of upgrades, the kitchen had a dirty ice maker shaft and dining chair covers visibly soiled. These issues, coupled with half the lighting inoperable with missing lightbulbs, and unusable patio equipment (rusty grill, no propane, broken patio table), cast a shadow over the blissful vacation we were misled to envision. Instead of a relaxing Christmas celebration, we spent the first day doing laundry until 1 am. The owner just made excuses and his offer to send a cleaning person after we literally had already cleaned was frustrating. Requesting reimbursement was met with stoic resistance, and seeking help from VRBO's customer service proved a total waste of time. The few positive aspects were the pleasant grounds, shuffleboard, pool, and proximity to the beach, but the inadequate beach equipment and inconvenient 1.2-mile round-trip walk detracted from our overall experience. Would not recommend.

Great Location, unaccommodating host

location was great BUT we didn't have AC for two nights and the host was unwilling to change the price. Had two full nights sleeping at 78+ degrees. On the last day, we stripped the beds and discovered my wife had been sleeping on a bed that had a giant urine stain, with just a pee pad covering it, no mattress protector. Host was very confrontational and accusatory.

Spacious and comfortable

The unit was very spacious and comfortable. The location is great, so that the walk to the beach was only about 5 min. We loved that the kitchen was well equipped, right down to the spices. The beds were very comfortable and the hall shower was the best! There were lots of good quality towels, and it was great having a washer/dryer in the unit. There was a small desk in one of the bedrooms, that was great to have, because one of us was working and needed a place to set the computer. On the negative side, the sofas really needed cleaning and the dinning chair seat pads need to be replaced. One was ripped and another missing entirely. The water in the bathroom faucets barely runs. I wish we had a couple of dish cloths as well as wash cloths. The pool deck is very small so that when the lounge chairs are used, which was always, the aisle is completely blocked. Overall, we loved the place and recommend it highly.

Nice updated unit.

Overall was nice and nicely updated. Place was clean for the most part but furniture needs cleaned/updated. Pool was nice. No in unit laundry, it was close but costs. The public beach Siesta beach is not actually in walking distance. The tv in the living area is pretty difficult to work and continued to disconnect from the internet. Probably wouldn't come back to this area but if I did I would definitely consider staying at this location.

Highly recommend, great location

We loved our stay here! Excellent location, close to the beach and right next to the pool and laundry. Love being on the south side of Siesta. The house was stocked with all we needed and owner was quick to reply to any questions or needs. Very clean! Excellent patio and seating. Beautifully renovated kitchen that was fully stocked. We would highly recommend.

Great experience!

The property was very nice. Pool was clean and very accessible! Condo was well kept and spacious. Didn’t care much for the beach within walking distance but loved Turtle Beach. Very short drive. We had an amazing time!

This home was perfect for me and my husband, clean, spacious, great location and stocked with necessary kitchen and cleaning products. The easy walk to the beach, access to the trolley to get into town and overall location was just perfect! The owner was so responsive when we had a few questions which was appreciated. Summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was perfect for 5 and had everything we needed. We could have used more towels & a laundry basket, but the laundry was only a few steps away. The pool was right across from us & the beach was a short walk. We'd definitely recommend it & come back ourselves!

Property was located near shops, food and Beach access. We had a few issues with the information VRBO which had changed but owner gave us corrected information ASAP. We tried to grill to find the grill did not work

Nice relaxing stay

We had a very relaxing stay. A good facility for families or those who want a quiet stay. The villa community is very much a retirement community. The villa was very nice and clean and close to the pool and main street where we loved the use of the trolley to see the island. The beaches are AMAZING. Only a couple small suggestions, they need more towels available for guests as there is no maid service and the beach toys, chairs, and carts desperately need to be upgraded. Also might be nice to know how to handle garbage/recycling while you are there. Key fob for the clubhouse/outside storage was nowhere to be found however the outside storage was open. Overall a relaxing enjoyable stay. Loved that we had our own detached villa!

Sunshine and beach

This property was updated and roomy for 4 and as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped and had what we needed. A few more kitchen towels would be nice. While the beach was a 5-8 minute walk, depending on what we were carrying, the pool was just across the street. We used both. Lots of beach walks and water time. It was great to be close to so many good restaurants and the free trolley took us to the village. We had an issue with the TV remote that the owner helped us resolve. We never did get the bedroom TVs to function correctly, but we weren’t there to watch TV. The beach chairs are in need of replacement, but it looked like a lot of toys for kids were available. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the friendly neighbors.

Villa Hermosa

Ten minutes walk to the beach. It was nice to walk rather drive and look for parking at public beaches. It was exactly like the photos.
