House was clean and nice. The master bedroom is part of the main house but the two other bedrooms have separate entrances from the main house. The keys on the doors were finicky and we ended up using keys instead. The management was super responsive.

Host experience. Couldnt cool outside bedrooms unless we turned down thermostat in the main house. Would come home in the afternoon to the thermostat being reset to 78. Called the host for help, she proceeded to chastise us for setting the thermostat to 67 after it was set to 78 through their NEST. Basically called us liars among other things. Very immature and unprofessional. Also found out they had this HOT problem with other guest.

As we had discussed it was close to 90 degrees outside and you had the thermostat at 67. All that was said was you were running it rather low for the Florida heat. At that time you accused management of altering the thermostat but didn’t know how to read it. No one can adjust the thermostat remotely and it was running between 72-78 during the warmest part of the day. The best it could until the sun went down. I’m also not sure how you were able to contact previous guest (or just added that to make it more dramatic) but we have never had an issue with the ac here. If we did we would be happy to address promptly as we did with you :)
