Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 561

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 4. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14505.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You will walk down two steps where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 70” TV

It’s a nice a spacious condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location and pretty spacious but some of the amenities in the condo and locked away and I mean the basic amenities, also a huge dislike the wife and I was the double sided mirror for huge closet in the master restroom, talk about weird and creepy and you can’t open the huge closet because it had a double lock on the door that almost right in front the shower, so there’s no way of telling what’s inside but it’s definitely concerning atleast uncomfortable. Would I stay here again- definitely not!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Same floor plan as the others we have stayed in in Snowcreek whether 1 bedroom or 2. Change this time was the front door lock, normal locks automatically when you leave, not this time which was handy in bringing stuff in and leaving, so you had to remember to lock the front when coming and going. This unit doesn’t have much parking, unit next door is resident and they had 2 vehicles, we were a guest with 2 vehicles so we had to park across way, luckily there was no residents so it wasn’t a problem. Amenities were nice, however, my sister who had the master said king bed was soft, I had the other room which were twins and they were fine. In the past there has been more detailed check out instructions and there wasn’t, just dishwasher, thermostat and returning the parking passes. Wish the units would put handicap handrails for the bath tub as the tub is slippery, I bring my own bath mat for the tub. Overall the unit was fine and since it was one of the “specials” made it even better. Running stream behind unit was added bonus

The dryer was fairly slow in drying clothes, and the central heating sensor would sometimes cause the bedrooms to overheat while the living room remained cool, but these were manageable issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have restricted diets and don't like to depend on restaurants. This condo was totally comfortable, clean, and spacious and had a very well appointed kitchen. Lots of baking dishes, everything we needed. We were just two but more coyote stay there comfortably since there were two bathrooms. Furthermore, the staff were amazingly responsive and gracious whenever we needed anything. Only problem was that we couldn't figure out how to use the entertainment systems, which were generous--three TVs including one that was humongous. The staff members went above and beyond giving us support to get set up but the condo really should have a folder with clear instructions. I really liked that actual full time tenants were our neighbors. It was nice to meet people who were working remotely from Mammoth Lakes. What a dream!

A little stingy on paper products supplied, there should have been another box of tissues, additional paper towels and toilet paper rolls. We almost ran out of these essentials. The bath soap in the shower smelled odd. Almost like half lemonie aroma and half hand sanitizer with too much alcohol. The sofa in the main living are is quite worn as the cushions are really compacted especially for people with a small stature. (Replace the sofa or add some pillows). All else was very good.
