Perfect Getaway

Everything was perfect. Was just my wife and myself, but easily enough space for a small family. There is a stream and pond on the grounds, which makes it a great place for a morning walk, and the location is very close to the market, and great restaurants.

The condo was excellent. Although we had to leave two days early because excessive snow cracked windows in both bedrooms, the owner and management company promptly gave us a refund for the two missed days. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

Looking forward to next time.

We had some trouble with the heater the first night which was a huge inconvenience, due to the level of snow blocking the outside vents, but the property manager and the owner worked diligently to get the problem addressed. They unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay again. 👍

Lovely home and comfortable stay

No complaints - all was comfortable and cozy. Only drawback was the place had not been cleaned by the time we checked in. However, we called and someone was there within 5 minutes and took care of everything. Thank you.

Snow boarding trip

The condo was comfortable for two adults and three teenagers.Plenty of space for everyone, The heater was working great! Plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen faucet sink was broken but we made it work, one lightbulb was off in kitchen but nothing major. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back next year!👍😊

Great Quiet Community

We had a great time (2 adults and three kids 10, 7, and 5) and that was in large part thanks to having a great place to get ready each morning and come back to each evening. All of the essentials were covered and we were comfortable throughout. When we reached out to the property manager for help with a couple minor things it was very easy to get in touch and they addressed everything right away. The responsiveness was very impressive and appreciated. Would absolutely stay there again and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Nice place, but not cleaned.

The pad was as expected: good location, good layout, and decent condition. When we arrived, the place wasn't cleaned/turned. Managment came out right away and did their best to accommodate us, but the first two hours there were cleaners there trying to turn it over. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Mammoth Ski Trip

The condo was great for our quick stay. Two minor things.. the faucets in master bath shower were very loose and a little dangerous because the hot turned hot very fast. Also, we were not made aware that the ice machine in the freezer did not work. Other than those minor issues, the place was great and beds were very comfortable! Thank you for having us!

Place was in a beautiful location, bedrooms were fine but the floors were disgustingly filthy. We have a crawling baby and his hands and feet were black (as well as everyone's socks) after crawling on the floor. I looked for a mop and couldn't find one, so i contacted the property immediately asking for something to clean them and got zero response. Bathrooms baseboards were extremely dusty and one tub had hair in it. Living room floor also had wax marks on floor from candles or something. I also found black marks on the towels hung up for us, so i threw all of them in the wash before we used any of them. So despite the great location, it was filthy and gross to stay there. I never received any communication from property about getting it cleaned during or after staying there. I wouldn't stay there again because of this cleanliness issue as well as no response from management which is unfortunate because it suited our needs for most everything else.

Our family enjoyed our summer stay

The location is just outside of town, away from the traffic but close. The unit is in the back of the development with little traffic. There is lawn around the building for the kids to play. The ponds are nearby and stocked with fish. The hot tub was close and very nice. The unit was laid out and furnished well. Everything in the kitchen functioned. The bedding was good quality but there was a stain on the master bed spread. The flooring in the unit is ready for refreshing. There is carpet throughout including the bathroom and tape is holding the carpet down in places. The management was very responsive and overall I would recommend and stay again.

I wish we could have had the stay others did

One of the reasons we booked this property on VRBO was based on the reviews that were left previously so I feel that we would be doing other’s a disservice if we didn’t leave a review based on our experience. We had high hopes going in, the property looked beautiful and clean online. However, when we arrived it was very apparent the property had not been cleaned from when the previous guests had stayed. After driving over 7 hours with 2 young kids it’s the last thing you want to find. We tried calling the main contact, her phone rang, eventually went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. We called the backup person, they answered, apologized for everything and said they would get in contact with the main person. It was already 8pm and we were ready to get our kids to bed. I began stripping beds and gathering towels to wash since we didn’t know if or when a cleaning crew would arrive that evening. The cleaning crew didn’t get there until about 8:30, they were finished around 9pm. We never received an answer as to why the place wasn’t cleaned but they did comp us for our first night. We felt more could have been done. We also realized during our warm week in mammoth that we couldn’t open the screen door for the patio door. It was put on backwards and barely slid. Only two of the windows, the very small ones above the couch in the main living area had screens on them. We opened the other windows in the house one day just to get some fresh air and cool the place down and ended up with a yellow jacket in the house. It just added disappointment and annoyance to the trip. The kitchen cooking tools are to be desired. They either don’t exist, are half melted, or old. The knives were also very dull. I’d suggest bringing your own cooking tools and knives if you plan to make your own meals while you’re there. The house itself is nice, beds are comfortable, and it was nice having a washer and dryer. We wish we could say we would stay here again, but we will be finding other accommodations.

OK Rental

We had a few issues when we first checked in, but Kelli, the property manager promptly handled most of them. The one exception was the TV in the master suite would not get a signal and could not be fixed to watch it. It's a good location and we enjoyed our stay.

Issue with wifi

I asked three times for the wifi password and never received it. The property manager kept saying it was on the counter. If it was on the counter, then I would not have asked for it three times. It ended up costing me additional cost on my phone bill as I needed to use my hot spot for work. Very frustrating! The TV in the bedroom did not work and the window covering in the other room was broken. Besides that, it was very clean. We enjoyed our time in the kitchen and living room. Fantastic location.
