This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two level, property with a 1 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14399.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King, en-suite bathroom 1, 40” TV and an exterior deck
⬧ Bedroom 3 = 2 Twins

Wonderful mammoth trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this home a couple of times now in the last 4 years during the summer. A beautiful location and home layout for 4-8 people. The garage is a bonus for bikes and gear. The unit is well equipped but is in need of some updating. There is a lot of wear and tear on the kitchen cabinets and the unit was not as clean as the past. Some lights were burned out and bulbs not replaced. The management company is very attentive when reach with questions. I would recommend this unit but keep in mind that it is dated.

Reviewer Comments: The Wife, Me and our 2 sons stayed for our annual ski trip. unit 908 felt bigger than the pics show and was perfect for us. 3 bathrooms made it convenient for all of us to get going in the morning and we all had our own space. Clean, warm, comfortable, nice gas fireplace, good kitchen and even a garage (my SUV was too tall to fit) but nice way to come and go to the unit. We'll be back.

Not bad - not life changing

Wasn’t bad - but not sure it is worth the price. I absolutely love the property management group this condo is affiliated with - I grew up staying in their properties my whole life and now take my family there. With the advent of “direct from owner” rental websites these groups have had to adopt new practices, and this was an interesting experience. I booked this property through VRBO, but all contact was with property management group via email. I made sure I booked a “pet friendly” unit through Vrbo, but the groups emails said animals were not allowed… I had to go back to VRBO to contact the owner who then contacted the group Etc. The unit was beautiful and comfortable, wonderful location and loved my time. The mattress were average, I’ve had better at most lodging… but weren’t bad. The kitchen had essentially what you needed, but nothing more. Overall I had a great weekend and have no actual COMPLAINTS, however - for the price there are many other properties that feel more at home and are smoother processes.

Comparable units that are newer or redone cost about a grand more for a weeks stay. The unit was nicely laid out and had a good variety of kitchen items. I would recommend this unit for any family. Some items it needs are, it only had 1 kitchen towel should have 2 minimum. 1 fan was provided, each room should have it’s own fan. We are frequent summer visitors so we bring our own fans. A little more detail to cleaning walls and windows. Stairway walls and kitchen windows had finger and hand prints all over them. I assume a family with kids preceded our stay.

The townhouse is located in a valley surrounded by gorgeous mountains, you can see ski resort from grounds. The inside was nice and pleasant, only thing was we needed more blankets and could not get in contact with property management. I texted but never heard from them. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable. We actually went to Rite aide and DIY looking for pillows and got blankets to use as pillows instead. But Townhouse is very comfortable otherwise.

A Good Place for Two Families

It was clean and generally well stocked in the kitchen. We apologize for forgetting to start the dishwasher. My daughter thought I started it and I thought she started it. STaff were helpful in answering questions. Our only complaint is that we were located by a work site with a porta potty in front and work began at 6:45 a.m. We realize that lots of maintenance needs to occur in summer months but that seems excessively early to hear skip loaders and slamming of porta potty doors.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at Snowcreek. It is a great community, with plenty of space and well maintained. The unit we stayed in had a great layout for us and our 2 grown kid. Upon arrival the unit was spotless and the instructions were easy. Although the furniture looked fine, we found it very hard to get comfortable in this house. The dining room chairs were awkward, the couch and side chairs not comfortable, and all of our beds were hard...they could use toppers on them, we all had sore hips and backs from sleeping on them. The kitchen had labels on cupboards that limited your use of items, which left us with only a few pans (that were old and non stick gone), no big knives, only 2 pots, and no big bowls, a few utensils, and 1 cookie sheet. Since this place states that it sleeps 8, I am not sure how they expect you to cook for 8. Luckily we were only a family of 5, but meals were a struggle..and lets face it, if you book a condo, you want to be able to cook. Also, the fireplace did not work. The location of the unit however is perfectly situated in the development.That being said, the Snowcreek staff was great. When we had a problem with the fireplace, they responded immediately and tried to resolve the problem. I would stay in Snowcreek again, just not this unit unless they update some things and add more cooking supplies.

Great location

We stayed at this lovely place for our Thanksgiving trip. The house was very clean, given the pandemic situation this was our top concern. And the property is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by mountains. Strongly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We try go to Mammoth every summer for fishing. With the pandemic we weren’t sure if we would be able to go. However, when restrictions lifted we took a chance since we knew we could social distance. We rented through Snowcreek Resort and we felt comfortable knowing that they did everything they could to make sure the condo was safe to stay in. The rental was spacious for our family of 4 and my sister in law’s family of 3 and it was pet friendly. Would rent this unit again for future trips.
