Whether you’re 2 or the whole group, you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located duplex. Family friendly and pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood close to the major Bangor hospitals, just a short 20-30minute walk to Maine Savings Amphitheater and downtown area. Short 10minute drive to the Universities and major colleges. 40 minute drive to Bar Harbor to explore all the hiking trails and attractions. 1 hour to Millinocket on the way to climb Mt. Katahdin.

3 bedroom duplex with 3 levels.

Main floor you will enjoy a spacious living room with large 70 inch flat screen tv with sound bar. Relax on our leather sofa and recliner. Enjoy cooking like a chef in the large fully equipped and spiced stocked kitchen with large butcher block island that give you plenty of space to prepare you next meal. You can eat at the island , or you can sit at the high top table in the dinning room.

Second floor you will find 3 large bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub. King size sleep number bed to be adjusted to your comfort like the mattress was made just for you. Queen size adjustable bed for those who like to elevate their head. Two twin size beds for maximum sleep arrangements. Bathroom has a full shower and tub is stocked with all your linen, soap, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.

Our Basement has a set of energy efficient front loading washer and dryer. Provided for you is laundry soap and dryer sheets for that last minute load.

This property is in a great location, so many nice touches. We were dropping our son off at college and the host even helped us navigate some deliveries. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great place! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. It looked exactly like the listing. Air conditioning worked well. Kathy was very helpful and cheerful. She made us feel welcome. We felt at home, and hope it's available for our next trip to Bangor.

Wonderful UM Family Weekend stay!

Great location, beautiful home and attentive owners who responded very quickly to any questions regarding check in, WiFi, etc. Highly recommend checking out this property if staying in Bangor area. Thank you for the cozy weekend stay!

Downtown Bangor… easy access and close to everything

We had a wonderful time stay at Kathy’s. it was a very convenient entry. Close to everything and lots of space for everyone. I recommend this location to anyone who is staying in Bangor.

Awesome Stay!

The house itself was super clean and cozy! We loved the decor and felt relaxed during our stay. Also, Kathy was an incredible host— welcoming, helpful, and responsive. We loved our stay, and will happily book again the next time we come. Thank you!

Thank you for hosting us! I must admit in total honesty that we unfortunately did not fall in love with the city itself, but Kathy’s house made the trip a lot more enjoyable. It was cozy and clean and Kathy gave us a lot of useful recommandations, many of which we tried and loved. She made sure we found everything alright and was a perfect host.We met Walter the cat and the kids loved to give him treats at night!Acadia national park was the highlight of our trip and we followed Kathy’s directions and visited many towns along the coast. The whole family enjoyed it too.Thank you for hosting us again!

Lovely home within walking distance to downtown. Very comfortable 'home away from home'. Our host was fantastic. She even came home from her work to help us with a heating issue. She gave us lots of excellent information for local eats and activities

Gorgeous home

The pictures online don’t do it justice. I love the older homes with all their grand character and this place had it all. It was super clean and the host was fabulous and gave us good shopping tips! It was close to everything and very handy. Loved our stay, sad to leave.

Nice but Pricey

Nice place but horrible parking spot. Only one bathroom and it's up a large set of stairs on the 2nd floor, difficult for elderly or physically challenged people but, fine for me and my brother. Overpriced, in my opinion, for what it is.

Hi Larry, sorry you felt the parking was horrible. there is 2 spaces, other renters with large SUV's seemed to park with not problems. But for those who have trouble, it is mentioned in the welcome email about the always FREE parking on the street. There are many pictures of my Duplex on the listing and it does show the large set of stairs for anyone who wouldn't think it was for them. Thank you for staying with us. Hope we can accommodate you and your brother on your next stay in the Queen City.

We had a great one night stay here after a concert! The place was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed. Walter, the cat and house greeter, was a great plus and our dog loved saying hi to him! We definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Bangor!

Great property with everything you need and plenty of extra touches too! We were a group of 7 in town for a concert, and this was the perfect property for us - will definitely stay here again for future Bangor stays.
