Great location to the beach and bar areas! The home was very clean and had great amenities. Host was fantastic and brought us more trash bags and toilet paper when needed. Would definitely recommend!

The home is beautiful but if you booked this home wanting an outdoor shower as we did there is not an outdoor shower and we were not told the the outdoor shower was removed before we arrived. Our group would not have booked this home if we had known it was going to be removed.

Bird Day weekend in Tybee

Came to tybee for Thanksgiving… House was great and has all you need.. Great location.. we cooked in one night and did breakfast most mornings.. We walked to the Tybee holiday market and lighting of the tree.. Was a great time and the house and communication with the host was good.!! Definitely would re rent Themis spot again…

Cozy Modern Beach Bungalow

This property is really sweet! The outside appearance leaves a little to be desired, but the inside is cozy, clean, and functional. It has a modern beachy vibe. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is walking and biking distance from fun.

We originally booked this property but because of a few hiccups with the property, we didn’t stay past the first day. However, the home was beautifully decorated and just how it appears in the pictures. The property management team was amazing and very easy to work with.

Horrible

We checked in and found cockroaches everywhere. The floors are unstable and we had no towels. I reached out to the owner multiple times and we had to end up renting another place and moving there after we checked in and couldn’t get a response.

Not amazing.... This place has a DIY home improvement vibe. There are no storage cabinets or pantry whatsover in the kitchen. There's also a hole in the kitchen flooring that is covered by the vinyl but still dips down. The grill cover was disgusting, full of rust, and didn't come with any charcoal or proper scrub brush. I asked the owner before our arrival if there was charcoal and they never answered. They didn't even have SALT AND PEPPER. That's just ridiculous. We planned ahead and brought so many seasonings but at least expected S&P... like seriously? The plates and silverware/glasses were nice but all of the pans were tefflon scraped really badly which we did not use do to toxicity. Positives: nice kitchen table, but one of the chairs was broken. Nice sized kitchen sink with disposal. Beds were fine... bunk beds pretty rock hard. This property really didn't meet the minimum of essentials to provide a proper stay experiences for us.
