Welcome to Turtle’s Beach House! This cozy, private, and pet-friendly lower unit is the perfect island getaway. Featuring 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 full bath, it sleeps up to 6 guests with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin bunk beds. Enjoy a relaxing living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Ideally located mid-island, you’re just a short walk to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and all the island fun. Amenities and essentials are included for a stress-free stay.
- The entire home is NON-SMOKING, including balconies.
- **PARKING PASSES MUST BE DISPLAYED ON THE DASHBOARD! IF A VEHICLE IS AT THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A PASS, IT IS SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED!!**
- Parking passes are on the kitchen counter inside the property.
- We do not suggest ordering packages to your unit. Many of the properties on Tybee Island do not receive mail delivery.
- For your safety and in compliance with city ordinances, PARTIES and GATHERINGS OVER THE MAXIMUM UNIT OCCUPANCY ARE PROHIBITED. All visiting guests must be reported and approved by the host.
- Property Trash Day is Monday and Thursday. We ask that you please remove all trash at the end of your stay and place it in the appropriate bin.
- Please load and start the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes at the end of your stay.
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am local time.
- This is not a pet-friendly property. If you are found to have a pet on the property without permission, an additional fee of $200 will be charged.
- Tybee is pay-to-park from 8 AM to 8 PM at $4.00/hr. EVERYWHERE. The easiest way to pay is to download the ParkTYB app.
- Please leave only your footprints and take only your trash.
- Removing live animals is not allowed.
- During Turtle nesting season, April- September, it is important you do not leave any holes in the sand. The little hatchlings get stuck in them on their way back to the ocean.
- No flashlights are allowed on the beach at night; only approved red lights are permitted.
- DO NOT approach a nest, or nesting turtle or hatchling!
