This beautifully appointed townhome offers everything needed for a first-class vacation. The main living area is a modern open-concept space perfect for entertaining, with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, butler's area, 85" TV, oversized comfy couch, and Bluetooth-enabled speakers for streaming music. Enjoy cozy evenings by the glowing electric fireplace or relax on the private wooded balcony, complete with outdoor seating and dining.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Each sleeping area features a full private bath for maximum comfort and privacy. Bedrooms are tastefully furnished with high-quality mattresses. The two primary bedrooms and bunk/playroom each include a 65" TV. The primary suite features a private balcony and a workspace with a desk and chair to support remote work.
Loft Level: A flexible space for relaxing, playing, or sleeping—includes a Murphy bed, large couch, table for games or puzzles, and an 85" TV with full surround sound, perfect for movie nights or slumber parties. Another private balcony is ideal for sunbathing or birdwatching.
Outdoor Features: Enjoy a private two-car driveway, a three-car garage, a rear patio with sitting walls, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a fire pit (bring your own wood). Rinse off after the beach or clean your gear with ease.
Location: Just one mile from the heart of Rehoboth Beach, this home is walkable and bikeable—no need to use Route 1!
Parking: A two-car private driveway, a three-car garage, and overflow parking are available in the community.

Great house; within walking distance of fish market/restaurant. House is well equipped and spotless. Pool is beautiful. Would highly recommend it. The elevator made bringing in luggage and packages very easy.

This property was listed as a 6 bedroom rental but it is not. This unit has 5 bedrooms and the loft area has a Murphy bed. The problem is that the loft provides no privacy and has absolutely no curtains or blinds. In fact, none of the rooms had curtains but most had blinds. We were up very early each morning because it was so bright. The location was good but they need a garbage company that picks up on Saturdays. I have no idea how long the garbage cans were in the garage (full) but we dealt with gnats all week long because of the trash. Overall, the rental is beautiful but did have some big issues that impacted our vacation.

Everything was as described. Plenty of room. Nice that everyone could be in the same area too eat with a deck right off that area. Awesome room with games and sizes of TV'S throughout the house were something. House had everything.

Didn't want to leave

This home was beautiful from top to bottom. Plenty of space and privacy. Clean and new. Minutes from everything, shopping beach boardwalk etc. Luxurious and top notch. I don't ever want to stay any where else when I visit Rehoboth. neighborhood is safe and pristine.

We had a wonderful stay

This home is very beautiful, me and my family/ friends enjoyed it very much. It was very clean when we arrived and checking in was very easy. Its in a quiet neighborhood and its very new. The location of the house is very convenient, its not very far from the beach and it is near some shopping centers and restaurants. The owner is nice and easy to communicate with. So overall we really enjoyed the house and we definitely recommend this home to anyone planning on spend time at Rehoboth Beach. We will definitely be comming back!

Amazing Beach Home!

We had an amazing experience in the most well appointed home we’ve stayed in! The hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. The house came with everything you could possibly need/want during our stay - from 85in TV’s, to comfy blankets, to plenty of kitchen utensils/plates/Tupperware/etc. Great location to everything you could want for your DE Beaches getaway. Would highly recommend and we will most definitely be back to enjoy. Great option for families traveling up to DE turf complex for tournaments, 30-35 min drive (depending on time/traffic) but affords luxury of great restaurants, beaches, outlets and all!
