Perfectly situated at the corner of Arc de Triomphe on top of the Champs Elysées is this luxury apartment rental that has a spacious living space. It lies on the 5th floor of a building along rue Lauriston, and it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a stylish balcony that has wonderful views of the Parisian building. The holiday rental is tastefully decorated, with muted blue, grey, and white motif.

The living space is furnished with an L-shaped muted blue sofa, built-in shelves with decorative pieces, a television, a decorative fireplace, and a desk with a desktop computer. Just two steps away from the living area is the dining area with a four-seater dining table in which you can enjoy the lovely home cooked meals from the apartment’s open plan kitchen situated just behind the dining area.

The modern and immaculate white kitchen contains cooking essentials, including a boiler, a coffee machine, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and an oven, that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. A washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board are also placed in the apartment to aid you in your vacation chores.

This holiday rental is located just minutes away from the busy Champs Elysees, and it is home to embassies, restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, and bakeries for your convenience.

The famous old Parisian pedestrian called Rue de l’Annonciation has a string of outdoor cafes, restaurants, and bakeries, one of which is Les Merveilleux by Fred that offers meringues wrapped in chocolate whipped cream, vanilla, and coffee.
