Light-filled, family-friendly five bedroom, three-bath house one block from Seabright beach. French doors off of the dining room lead to the patio deck. Vaulted ceilings throughout the main level. Large picnic style dining room table.

Boogie boards and other beach paraphernalia available. Ample free parking on all surrounding streets 24/7. Five minutes drive from downtown/boardwalk. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. One of our best home rentals ever! The home has everything you need. The kitchen is perfectly designed to function with several people preparing food. The open living and dining areas also open up to the deck. We had 10 people and everyone was very comfy and fit well in the home. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again as well as recommend this home to friends and family.

Great location for Beach & Board

IF this property had a bathroom on the 3rd floor, where 2 bedrooms are located, it would get my highest rating despite being a little worn. The positives are the: 1. The location leverages easy access to both the beach and boardwalk. 2. There are plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans for a large crowd. 3. The large dinning table and adjacent patio provided a hub for eating, boardgames, morning coffee and cocktails. 4. Digital entry on the front door is a very nice feature and makes it easy to come and go in small groups. 5. There is plenty of street parking - we found space for 4 cars any time of the day or night and it felt very safe. I did not worry about breaks in. 6. Convenient location to local restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Roomy family place near the beach

This place was big and open and lovely! We could walk to the beach and the Boardwalk and to restaurants and coffee shops! The place was well supplied with all we needed!!! There are two decks and a spacious living room with 3 couches! Communication with Rob was SUPERB.

Review of property

House was nice , dog friendly - very close to beach - nice lay out 3 stories - nice patio - the only issue was the neighbors were pretty rude. I don’t think they are on board with having a rental property next door to them. Other than that house was pretty nice !

Girls Trip!

My friends and I loved our stay! We had 3 nights of fun and we loved the amenities, the decor, the location, the amount of space/beds, etc. It was great to be a quick walk to the water. One night we decided to do a bonfire and it was as simple as buying wood and walking 2 minutes to make that happen. The hosts were great communicators and very helpful! While we loved the space and the listing does note about "tenants below" 1x, my group did forget about that detail and had to adjust to the idea of quiet hours. This is a large condo vs a house. However, we did not have any issue with any of the neighbors. The two decks also were amazing since we got beautiful weather. We all just drank our coffee and chatted for hours in the morning. I do recommend this listing!
