Completely updated end unit condo. Enjoy coffee and cocktails on the large patio overlooking the 15th green. Equipped with an outdoor grill and steps away from the pool.
24 hour gated community.
Renters are allowed to golf the Ted Robinson 18-hole golf course for a fee, comparable to other clubs.
Chaparral is located just 2 miles from shopping & dining on El Paseo.
Minimum stay 30 days.
Neutrally decorated with fresh linens, updated bathrooms and flat screen TV's in each bedroom, including the family room.
Kitchen has been updated with new stainless steel appliances and is well stocked for your enjoyment. Dining table seats 4-6.
