Just what we were hoping for!

This condo is in the heart of Palm Desert with easy access to restaurants, theaters and other amenities. It was clean, comfortable and had all the kitchen utensils, condiments, etc. we needed to start our 10-day stay. We loved spending time on the patio, grilling dinner and relaxing in the lovely space. Eric was a great host. We had a small issue with a shade, and he was there quickly to resolve it. We would happily stay here on our next visit to the desert.

Had a great 10 days in the desert. Love visiting this area. Enjoy the country club, walking to dinner on El Paseo, golfing all over the valley.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The property has a great location. The house is airy and spacious. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the beautiful landscaping at the development.

Great Property

It was very clean, well appointed, and very quiet. Very close to a wonderful park to walk the dog and the aquatic center to swim laps. Many small pools in the complex. Nice patio facing the mountains.

All was good with exception heater was not working and did not get fixed when we were there also the garbage disposal was not working Host was very nice and responsive

Palm Desert retreat

Our stay at Eric's place was good and we would recommend it. We loved the location and the amenities on the property. Since it was a newly listed property we did have a few issues to deal with but it is our understanding they are being resolved.
