The ashtray

We were not given check in instructions, and waited for an hr with 4 children until we were able to talk to the manager. When enrtering it smelled like cigarettes and was not cleaned well. My 2 yr old daughter found a used condom under the master bed.The Wifi was not hooked up and Laundry had dirty towels in in it.

This home was deep cleaned before this group’s arrival by our thorough cleaners. None of this was brought to my attention as this guest’s communication was very poor. Our check-in instructions are listed on our listing and automatically sent as is my personal phone number which guests can call or text at any time for any inconvenience or trouble checking in. Finally internet is always hooked up and working at hi speed. If there was any issue with the internet, it was not brought to my attention during this stay. I just checked today and internet is working fine. As for the towels, laundry is a tall order for our cleaners each stay and occasionally, the towels are left to finish in the dryer. These are clean towels, not dirty. This review feels fabricated a bit considering none of these issues were brought up during the stay. We always strive for a 5 star stay and encourage guests to call or text with any issues at any time and they will be taken care of for a comfortable stay.
