Nestled in the Natural beauty of waterfront Boca Ceiga Bay is our breath taking hidden private Beach!
Steps from your rental Condo and two pools, (one directly on the waterfront!)
Walk the Clam Bayou to the 22 acre wildlife park that is neighboring our community w/ private gate!
Tennis and pickle ball courts! And public barbeques and hot tub, (to renters and owners only).
Ample parking and Electronic "coin" laundry on premises.
Your Host Edna and Joe welcome you to stay, wade in the pool.
Or head over to Tropicana Field and catch a Baseball Game .....3 minutes away by car!
5 minutes to down town St. Pete and an array of different cultural restaurant's and the Dali Museum!!!

Bermuda Bay

Nice gated community, very friendly people, plenty of parking, felt secure. The nature preserve next door was a big plus for walking or riding bikes. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby. As most of the area, they are still recovering from the hurricane damage although no damage to this unit. The unit needs some updating but all in all had a great time.

Top notch renters. ( and from NH-) Seriously you probably can not go wrong renting to this fine gracious couple. I lived many years in New Hampshire myself. They are so of the hardest working , gracious people ( including this fine couple-!) And I can truly say the same for all the fine people I worked and lived with /- neighbors In Derry. Thank you my guests and hope you had a good time! Robert -( maint.-janitor- clean up.) The place was immaculately clean. Thank you!

DON'T RENT FROM HIM Many issues came up from the beginning and manager refused to call us back. Place had not been cleaned dish washer backed up into sink bed in second bedroom on floor not on a bedframe There is no bakeware in unit. I had to buy measuring cups and spoon also pitcher for my iced tea. So many things in second closet could not use it Found condoms in night stand and the pantry so full of unnecessary things could not hardly fit any of my things in it . When we first got there he said sorry you have to be out by Feb 1 because it was double booked We paid VRBO for Jan and Feb and they knew nothing about a double booking, we found another place for Feb afraid someone would come in in Feb and say they had the place , even tho VRBO said they knew nothing about second booking Only good thing we found another place in Bermuda Bay which is a fantastic place to stay, will go their again but not in 51E

Cockroaches in Beds!

The host is the person who "cleans" this place. The place was filthy with live cockroaches in the beds, dead cockroaches in other rooms. Moldy dishes in the sink and dishwasher. Hair shavings in the bathroom sink. Trazadone pills on kitchen counter. Toothpaste splatter in both bathroom sinks/counters. We left after taking pictures to submit to VRBO for a refund. Now the host is texting me threatening messages. I guess he doesn't want the owner to find out that she's paying him to clean her rental unit and he's not. Thankfully my credit card company is recouping the money because the host refuses to help contact the owner. Instead he is threatening me. This place is disgusting beyond belief (and I am NOT a picky person). Who wants to sleep with crawling roaches in the beds?
