I am a 5-star rated Airbnb. I take great pride in creating wonderful experiences. Normally you will arrive to fresh cut flowers. Cleanliness is key. Each room is filled with character. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. It is somewhat compact with greatness: peach trees, and berries, and flowers, country swings. Let us take you away behind the enclosed gates of "Nettie's Place." Did you forget something? We got you covered! We want you to feel at home, without the hassle of the responsibility. Allow us to take the wheel. You want to shoot a little basketball, play cornhole, or simply enjoy the sounds of the cute little pond from the porch swing? Wake up to the sounds of birds instead of an alarm clock. If you have any questions, you will be responded to with a sense of urgency.

I am the mother of and adult, and 13-year-old grandson. I have recently signed up to become a house sitter. Therefore, I want to be in great environments and want that for you. I hope you'll have appreciation for the detail added to this property. Everything done by my own hands. I love life and experiencing and learning new things. I am an audible Queen, love a good road trip, and live a vegan lifestyle. I hope you feel my energy and love during your stay.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I bought this property as a divorcee. My parents lived across the street and helped with my son many years ago. However, I always loved the street and took great pride in saying I lived on the parkway. I love the tree lined parkway. Although I am not from Kentucky; I recognize the very warm nature of the folks that live here. This is a generational community. The houses are usually passed to the generation. That means they are invested in this rich historical community.

It has character. It has an old phone nook. It has built in bookshelves. It has a motorized string fan in the kitchen. The added cubed glass sunroom filled with plants are absolutely lovely. Finally, the porch swing will dissolve any level of stress. So many things to love here.
