The Newman Ranch - A Riverfront Experience

Historic 1876 homestead on 5 acres overlooking a world famous trout fishing creek in Woodland Valley, Phoenicia. Lovingly restored and outfitted estate with luxury amenities, antiques and art.

The property has access to the Catskills' best hiking trails including its highest peak. It is a short drive to the ski slopes of Hunter mountain and Belleayre and a ten minute bicycle ride to adorable downtown Phoenecia.

The rental includes the main house, airstream and barn as further discussed below
The space
The estate includes three restorations included in the rental:

The Main House:
The main house features two bedrooms with Queen beds, 2 bathrooms, one with a full bathtub and the other with a steam shower. The expansive streamside deck offers a barbecue grill, outdoor living room, outdoor dining and 6 person hotub.

The Airstream:
The estate also features an immaculately restored 31' 1976 two bedroom Airstream. The airstream is a glamping experience and does not running water/plumbing. The airstream provides guests with a 180 degree view of undeveloped mountains and the river from one of its two beds.

The Barn
The original barn has been converted into an entertainment and work space with a 60" television and high speed internet. The barn is rustic and unfinished. The barn is used as storage during the winter as there is no heat or sleeping in the barn.
