Welcome to this charming one-level home located in the heart of Bryan, Texas, boasting three bedrooms and an outdoor covered patio w/ TV.

The primary room offers a king bed and on-suite bathroom. The two guest rooms offer queen beds with a shared bath. Full size washer & dryer.

The well-equipped kitchen features Keurig coffee maker, gas range, and the essentials for entertaining.

The amazing locations if only 3.3 miles to the grocery, dining, and 6.4 miles to TAMU.

All rooms are equipped with new beds for maximum comfort with new quality bedding, your sleep is important to us.

Our entertaining room has a 75 inch 4k UHD TV with perfect lamp placement for optimum viewing.

The King Suite is decorated to make you feel like royalty accompanied with a 43 inch 4k Fire TV along with a private bath.

Our Second and Third Room have queen beds with usable dressers, nightstands, and closets to make you feel right at home.

Make sure to take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen and patio.

We were in town for two graduations from Texas A&M. We didn’t spend much time at the property but we definitely enjoyed our stay while we were there. Host communicated very well with any questions or concerns we had.

Truely Enjoyed staying at this property and the owner is wonderful and very quick on responses. Home is charming and enjoyed all the spaces it had. Great neighborhod and only about 15 minutes from campus which was ideal for us! Highly recommend.

Chris was very responsive. Beautiful walking trails near the property with young deer walking about. Very clean and beautifully decorated. WiFi worked great and big screen TVs in every room. Will definitely stay here again!

Great layout and bedrooms

The floor plan and furniture layout are great ! The bedrooms and bedding are very nice ! Spacious backyard and established, nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding Weeken

Perfect house for a family wedding weekend in Bryan. Minutes from Downtown Bryan, St. Mary's Church and Miramont Country Club. Beautiful home, awesome host and perfect location for a weekend in Bryan/College Station. Will definitely book again if we need accommodations in the area.
