To start, this is a 6 week rental so we definitely have gotten to know this little gem! There were some bumps in the beginning of the stay (as is expected being the first renters of this property) but the team at Lucky Savannah was beyond helpful, communicative, respectful and timely. The property has SO much character. Let's get down to the specifics: - the washer and dryer work great and are so quiet, the shower and hot water is perfect, the appliances work great, the internet is incredibly fast (nighthawk router) and even reaches out to the back patio. Let's talk about the back patio.... while there isn't an overhang to shield from rain.... there is a giant magnolia tree that hangs over the sitting area making for an outstanding place to sit ANY time of day. The parking in the back is top notch. The upstairs window unit keeps the bedroom so cool. There is hardly any street noise whatsoever. Honestly, if this house has one more bedroom, we would never leave. We are renting with Lucky Savannah again, they are THE BEST. Get this house if you can, you will not regret it. The interior is like stepping into another century (in the best, witchy way).
