This was our first Vrbo experience and we had such a pleasant time. It was close enough to the city center but far enough that we had free parking and it wasn't too loud. The place was perfect and clean and had everything we needed.

Holly’s communication was excellent, very informative about the accommodations as well as recommendations for food and transportation. The accommodations were comfortable for our needs. We unfortunately were only there for an over night stay on our way to Florida to visit family. Definitely want to return.

We needed to break up our long day of driving, so we decided to stop in Savannah since we hadn’t been there in years. This property was great! The location great for walking to the parks and historic areas. It was very clean and comfortable. And it accepted our small dog! Highly recommend. We would come back again and stay longer.

Our stay was excellent! Great location and the carriage house is exactly as pictured. Very clean and has all the essentials you would need! We loved the private patio and everything about our stay. Holly was very responsive and answered any questions we had along the way. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again if we are in the area!

Enjoyed the charming carriage house, eclectic artsy decor and courtyard amenity. We love historic structures so this worked with updated functionality. Holly was a communicative host who made our stay engaging and informative. We liked parking ease on street with no fees. We dont need high end finishes in the bath and kitchen and prefer style with function so this place suited us. Very comfortable for our needs!

Excellent property, cute, neat, 20 minutes or less walking to everything in the Historic District. Our host was great communicating for access and check in as well as nearby transport options. If we visit again this property would definitely be on our short list!

This was a perfect spot for our visit. Just minutes to Forsyth Park and easy walk up to everything by the river. Being able to bring our pup with us just added to our stay. We really enjoyed the space. It was so easy and one hiccup with the WiFi that the host got taken care of so quickly. Definitely would stay again when we come to Savannah!

Such a neat rental, small but layout is very spacious. I would love to know the history on this property. Location is very good for walking around to view amazing buildings and parks. River street is still within walking distance, right at a mile. Holly was great on the communication, we will definitely be back.

Great spot, close to everything we planned to see and do. Nice outdoor area. Parking was easy too. Would just add one thing-We’ve never had to strip the bed linens before, will not stay anywhere where I have to do that again- remember, you have a cleaning fee. Otherwise, would stay again in the future.

Love this place! I’ve stayed here 5 times and I never get tired of it. The bed is so comfortable! I love looking at the birds outside my bedroom window. I love the spiral staircase and the decor. I enjoy my morning cup of coffee out on the private patio with the songs of birds above me. The location is great! Easy parking.

Very cute place. Very clean. Pets are not safe anywhere from the stairs to the loft area and there is no on property relief area for them.

Small but cute and clean

Great location. Close to Forsythe Park. We could have stayed for less time and saw all the attractions. The last four days it rained. Uber service was great. Never had to wait more than five minutes for a ride. Kroger was in walking distance. Loved the funky vibe of the place.

Hello!
My husband, Ron, and I are living our dream in the beautiful and charming city of Savannah, GA. We moved here from NC in 2017 after purchasing this historic property and guest house, which had always been a dream of mine, and to create a short term vacation rental. After a year and a half of lots of tender love and care, sweat and tears, we created this charming and cozy home and guest quarters, full of antiques that I have collected for over 30 years. We are full time residents of Savannah and proud parents of two rescue terriers, Nigel & QBee, who love walks and picnics in Forsyth Park.

The perfect spot for a couple with or without a pup! The small, totally private courtyard is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Free street parking is available and a luxury in Historic Savannah. A gas grill is available upon request. Comfortable seating for 2 to watch a movie downstairs or in the cozy, queen size bed in the upstairs loft/bathroom with shower and small closet space. Windows surround the bed, allowing ample daylight for reading or looking out into the courtyard. Plush sheets and towels are provided. Coffee and tea provided.
