Located in the heart of beautiful, Panama City Beach, on the much sought after peaceful west end of the beach. Just a few steps from the sugar white beach sands and local dining spots, Sunnyside Grill and Bayou Bill’s Seafood. Also near Winn Dixie, Publix, Walgreens, Spicy Noodle pizza/seafood, Thomas Donuts, and The Terrace elegant restaurant. New PCB Southwest Florida Airport is only 15 minutes away, and shuttle is available, as well as historic Bay County Trolley.

Two public beach entrances available just a few steps away.

Furnished 2BR/1BA Vacation Home “No Pets – No 'inside' Smoking” – sorry – No Exceptions!

Fully furnished beach house in a nice seaside residential neighborhood; light, bright and well-maintained. The new fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your stay. House sleeps 4 people, featuring (2) large size beds, (1) King - (1) Queen, both with new high-end mattresses, hi-def TV, DVD player, wifi internet, and “large tiled shower”. Beach stocked cottage, with plenty of linens, towels and utensils. House includes large den, kitchen area with Tile and Terrazzo flooring throughout house. Plenty of paved private off street parking.
Short ride, to all PCB’s favorites, such as; Pier Park shops and entertainment, plus Sea World and Shipwreck Island.

Quiet and Peaceful

This property was just what we needed. It provided easy beach access and was located in an area that provided the peace and quiet for a very relaxing and restful time away.

A true treasure!

The house was great! My husband and I stayed during the week of July 4th and it was our first time renting a house rather than a condo unit. We couldn't have been more pleased with the decision! This house and location was just perfect for us. We will definitely stay again!

As usual…it was amazing! We have stayed at Derondo Delight several times…short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and the house is always immaculate, well stocked, and up to date decor/amenities. It was probably the best weather week we’ve ever experienced in FL so that made the week even better!!

Derondo Delight

This is a great beach cottage for people who don't want to spend a lot of money. It is small, but it met all of our needs. The house is very close to the beach, and the beach was never crowded due to the fact that the section of beach is surrounded by homes. The neighborhood is also very quiet , and we felt safe. The house needed a deep clean, but was fine once I did some minor things, like washing bedspreads and blankets and cleaning the floors. The bathroom really needs to be cleaner and updated. The den and kitchen were great. The owner was very easy to work with. We will consider this house again in the future.

Had a Blast

This little cottage was great. We just got home today and I found myself looking online to see if it is available for the summer. My daughter, my mom and I stayed the entire time. While others came and went. The house is only a two bedroom but it was plenty of room for the family. We had a blast and the walk to the beach is not bad at all. The children enjoyed it and I loved the fact that there was a lot less people but only a short drive to the hustle and bustle of pier park. The owners were excellent and were very easy to work with. The only negative was that there was not washer and dryer. Which is hard for a week stay with babies and sand. LOL. The owner however stated that he was putting one in this summer. All in all we had a blast and loved the house. The parking was great as well. We have a big family and parked 4 cars easy.Would love to spend the summer there as well. I am a teacher and I am planning on going back with my kids this summer. Thanks for sharing your little bt of paradise with us.

Nice Stay

Very clean, comfortable beds. Everything in kitchen needed to prepare meals plus a grill. Lots of seating outside. TV's in every room with cable, AC works well. Close to the beach & quiet neighborhood, all you could ask for.

A perfect get away!!

We had a wonderful time for a last minute get away! The hosts were extremely accommodating and the home was well stocked and one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed at. It was an easy walk to the beach (even with a toddler). We hope to be back soon!

Relaxation

This vacation was much needed and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. This was a Very quiet place to stay. The house was Very clean, nice decor, close to the beach, comfy beds, and everything you need to feel at home. The pictures didn’t do the house justice. This was a very nice house. We also used the inviting outside area to eat cantaloupe and watermelon. We walked to the beach twice a day. We ate at restaurants near by, one of them was Bayou Billy’s next to WinnDixie. The food was awesome and they have live gators to view! The mahi-mahi was amazing! We loved staying here and hope to stay at this house again in the future!!

Exceeded our Expectations

We were familiar with the area and were looking for a relaxing atmosphere for a weekend anniversary trip. The king bed was extremely comfortable lots of updates. The weather was cool but we received a much needed rest. The house was equipped well and very homey. We will definitely return soon. Thank you Jerry for sharing your beach house.

Peaceful Family Vacation

Owners were great to communicate with. It was perfectly decorated and comfortable for our family of four. We rented a golf cart to ride back and forth to the beach. Overall, we loved our week at the beach.

Great location and experience!

This is are second time staying here, and as always we love it.

We've stayed three different times at Jerry and Judy's homes. And it has been absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room. And they always take care of anything you need. We will definitely be staying again.

Having worked in the industrial maintenace feild for 35 years and my wife being an R.N. for many years, the Gulf coast has always has brought such a great and much needed time of relaxation to us. We have always loved the slower pace of beach life and enjoy the friendly sunny,warm climate of Northwest Florida. Enjoyed it so much for the last 30 years, that we decided to purchase our own little slice of paradise a few years ago. The Sunnyside area on the westend of PCB is nothing short of perfect place to spend time and enjoy life!

The West end of Panama City Beach is truly perfect, always so laid back and sootheing that we just could not resist purchasing a small piece of this tropical paradise. Now we have decided to share it with a few folks who might enjoy the same laid back life style! All who have came have vowed to return as much as possible to our Derondo Delight! No hustle, no bustle, just laid back island time to enjoy-enjoy-enjoy!!!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love the early morning walks throughout the neighborhood, which usually ends with our visit to the local Sunnyside Grill for a great inexpensive breakfast or lunch and a visit with 'Jewels' everyone's favorite waitress! Then of course a short few more steps down to the beach to relax and enjoy a little sun bathing time.
Then in the afternoon we enjoy short walks on the beach and capturing a glimpse of the beautiful evening sunsets and the dolphins playing in the gulf. This my friends truly is as close as we can get to 'heaven on earth'!
